Fast, on time, did what was needed. I have used Ricky Jay Plumbing now for at least on four occasions, at my house and my daughters. At all times, arriving was on the time frame given, work accomplished in a timely manner with excellent results. I will not say they are cheap to use. I did that route once only to have a second plumbing company come in to fix what the first plumber did incorrectly and wouldn't come back to fix the problem. So going for the cheapest option is not necessarily saving you money. The prices today are all more than yesterday! Can't help that. 10/10 HIGHLY recommend this company!! Big thank you to Ashley and Kevin, yall are amazing and such a big help. Our toilet started clogging up last night, and even after plunging wouldn't do anything. Fast forward to the morning, we use the shower & other toilets & our washing machine. Apparently the washing machine was the last straw because so much brown stuff poured out of the toilet... use your imagination on that lol. I called around to so many places and most didn't have anything until either a couple days from now or next week, which I totally understand with all the hurricane damage. I called RickyJay and he came almost immediately, we are so thankful for him. Luckily it was a pretty easy fix. We had issues concerning one of our toilets. It was loose and rocking, but not leaking. I called and was given 2 appointment times to choose from. The young man that came was prompt, polite, efficient, to the point, and fast. He diagnosed the problem. It was an easy fix, I admit, but let the professionals do their job. We are extremely happy with Ricky Jay, this wasn't the first time we had to call them out. That was a totally different issue and were just as happy. I would highly recommend Ricky Jay Plumbing. Ashley hooked us up within a day of the call. We had a water leak on a feed line to a bathroom sink. The lines were in the wall. The waterline was punctured with a nail used for the chair rail molding. Jesse came by, looked the situation over, pinpointed the problem, and had us fixed with two hours. Had a leaky Rev.Osmosis System (RSO) and a leaking attachable bidet. Called RickeyJay and they sent out within 24 hrs. a young experienced and knowledgeable fella named Ronny who was able to fix both with the right tools in less than an hour. It was simply superb and I have had no leaks since then. The RSO was fixed in the nick of time as Hurricane Helene hit and we had access to safe filtered water. Kudos to them. The best plumbing service I have had in the Evans/CSRA area. Their fee of $150 per intial visit was a fair price for the expertise I received. They are a Keeper for sure. I've used Ricky Jay for a couple jobs at my home and my work used them for an issue at the office. I've had a water heater replaced, and recently had old waste piping in my crawlspace replaced. In the office we had a leak upstairs which they found and fixed quickly. Always on time, and very knowledgeable. They call ahead before showing up for appointments, which I appreciate GREATLY. My pipe burst after the super cold freeze. This business was recommended my a childhood friend of mine. I called and they came out on Monday after Christmas. Super fast and great work. I have wanted to leave a review for a while. Ricky Jay's plumbing (Kyle) has always been reliable and honest. They have saved me money and given me good tips when I had minor problems. Also, I bought a home warranty and was sent another plumber who told me a minor drip would cost $1000 not including drywall and paint repair. I decided to go outside my warranty and paid Ricky Jay's and asked for Kyle. It was a simple fix of replacing a washer! The cost was minimal. They also have been quick to respond like the time the city shut off my water because I had a leak where my water meter was. Ricky Jay sent Kyle the next morning and bam it was fixed!
