Such a fun brewery! They did a GREAT job on their Octoberfest celebration, the beer was great, and the staff was super friendly!

Had my second ever visit yesterday & upon chatting up the lovely, friendly beertender and saying my first visit I met the owner. Anna "that's my husband!" Anna was just so lovely and friendly!! I told her the beer recs I had received from Montgomery beertender Alex. Not a huge IPA fan I had a taster of Bavarian Gangsta, it was delicious!! A little higher ABV than I wanted for my day but will definitely be back another day for a pint! The Spaceballs w coffee was just as delicious!! As I brought a half full pint back to the bar as I told Anna "it's not a bad beer! I'm just too full and I have another brewery to get to!" As I was leaving the new assistant brewer heard where I was headed and gave me a couple beer recs for my next stop, which I appreciated!! I love how this large comfy tap room is so open and the easy plentiful parking right outside the door! Thankfully New Prague isn't all that far from the cities that I can visit somewhat often for delicious beers poured by friendly staff in a comfortable tap room!! I didn't sit outside but they do have a spacious patio. Anna was kind enough to give me a couple stickers when I mentioned I put them on my truck, thanks! Cheers and thanks for such a tastefully delicious visit yesterday!!

This is a brewery in possible one of the most Czech towns in America (it's actually called New Prague!?)...so do you expect German or Belgian beers? YES! The folks at "Ghee-zen-broy" have not forgotten the local Czech heritage, but have managed to keep the German beer purity laws alive in some beers, while not being afraid to play in the Belgian realm. Their Novy Praha Med is legendary, having won GABF awards. But on this day on a cold and snowy February, their barleywine hit the spot...clear and not overly boozy, yet still reigning-in at north of 10%. It's a clean, fun, and warm place staffed by a light-hearted group of folks. Well worth the stop...and personally I recommend the 'Bavarian Gangster', a Germanic-twist on an IPA!!

Good beer and atmosphere. Tried Spaceballs and Giesem Weisen. Both show the small batch quality we look for in a brewpub.

Great brewery, with great beer selection. Dog friendly and a spot for children to play as well.

We got a crowler of that, as well as the Hefeweizen and the Helles, which is what they use to make their radlers.

I had heard some great things a out u4ic so, I went in with very high hopes. They have a huge tap…read moreroom with tops of brew hall style seating. The my also have about 20 or so beers on tap. The atmosphere was nice and the staff was friendly. We tried 10 different beers and I was definitely underwhelmed. I think I really enjoy two of the ten beers. Grass Skirt Hawaiian style Ale. When we got this the tender shared to take two sips Back to back. She said the first one you will get notes of coconut and the second notes of pineapple. I do agree with the first sip but we did not get any pineapple on any sip. This was a nice coconut pale ale. U4rian Hefeweizen: I was pretty excited that they had a hefe as it's my favorite beer style! Welp this one fell short. No clove, no banana, no bubblegum, Just a simple drinking beer with not much going on. Summer Smoke Hefeweizen: okay! How did smoking the hefe make all the notes I was looking for come it! This is what I wanted in the prior beer. It was a very light smoked beer but, was glad to get those banana and clove flavors in this hefe. Henderson Cream Ale: they some how made a cream ale taste like a Miller Lite. Good mouthfeel for a cream ale though. u4ic Octoberfest: not a marzen...not sure what it was. Black Goat: finally! This bock was nice and toasty, malty, and full bodied! Dave's crazy ass chocolate Milk porter: this was strange. It was thin for a porter, not roasty, or chocolate and not creamy like a milk porter like it should be. Dave's crazy ass chocolate holiday mint porter: Take a peppermint patty and drop it into a glass of water. That's this beer. Thin and minty! Summerine Berlinerwiesse: They suggest you add syrup with this. They have options of raspberry or something that was supposed to make it almond. I didn't do that. If you need to add syrup to a beer you should have that on your menu. This Berliner was not tart and had a strange plastic aroma. Hoof and Horn Barrel aged sour Bock: Wow! This was fantastic! What a nice barrel aged bock with a very tart awesome finish! We loved it so much we bought a Crowler. They have Wing King attached with a full menu of wings, burgers, and apps to much on.

There were two guys playing music which was enjoyable but they had to be dripping sweat. We got a flight and took it outside. The gal who poured our drinks spilled when she put it down. The seating outside was nice under tents. The food took over an hour. We were going to complain but it was so good (and no one ever asked how it was or if we needed anything).
