JC went above and beyond and we were able to redo our entire driveway with pavers, removed our old tree and grass and replaced it with turf and also planted a new tree as well as installed a new irrigation system. He also added some design elements that I didn't even think of and everything turned out great and within our budget. He had great communication throughout the process and his team was able to completed the work within 1 week!

They completed the work in less than a day which included pressure washing and filling the spaces between the pavers using filling polymer sand. We are extremely happy with the results. The job was completed satisfactorily.

I went with Miguel because he had great reviews, the business is family owned, he's licensed and was a really nice guy. That being said... the communication could have been faster. I had to text and message him a few times before getting a response and actually thought he forgot about the job because I didn't hear back from him, but he was polite and apologized for the delay. This wasn't a big project, just repaving our cracked driveway but he, his son and crew did a great job and was so fast! They were prompt, very polite and cleaned up after themselves after each day. They explained what they were going to do that day and the next and how long I needed to keep clear before driving on it again. I'm very satisfied with Miguel's work and would recommend his business to others.

The floors in the backyard were downright gross with mold and sand. We were however on a pretty tight time crunch with the new tenants scheduled to move in within the next 2 weeks. Originally we had contacted several places which included AM Masonry & Concrete. Right away we got a response from Amosa. After hearing about our strict timeline he was able to swing by the very next morning to take a look at what we needed done. Out of all the places we contacted, Amosa responded to us the fastest with the most detailed estimate . Other companies took much longer to get back to us. We didn't have to wait an entire day or more for a response. His responsiveness and punctuality was only a few reasons why we chose to go with him. From the get go he went above and beyond to make sure we had what we wanted . We ended up having him do a top cast finishing with diamond cuts control joints . He arrived on time every single day, left the work area clean each day , and even finished ahead of schedule. The new floors look absolutely amazing . We will definitely be contacting AM Masonry & Concrete in the future!

We did not have a concrete idea of what we wanted at first but Oscar was great with helping us plan by guiding us and asking about how we wanted to use our space. He also created documents to submit to our HOA for approval, and he was able to make changes quickly when needed. Victor and the crew were on time, efficient, and timely with the work. It was greatly appreciated that everything was washed down and cleaned by the crew at the end of each day. They were also able to make quick adjustments when our neighbor had some concerns with the hedges we wanted to plant. The scope of the work included adding a concrete pad, extending our concrete patio, planting privacy hedges with drainage and auto watering system, installing artificial grass with paver walkways, and adding pebbles along the exterior wall of our house. Since we have a soft watering system, we also had them install a separate line from the main. Overall, Caliscapes OC was professional, friendly, and accommodating. We even had one of the hedge plants not doing well. We reached out to Caliscapes OC to advise us on how to revive it, and they said they would replace it. We had a good experience and would recommend!

Tony's bid was fair and he had good availability. Tony even went out and searched for the best matching stone to complement the existing space (other contractors did not offer this service-they suggested we go hunt for it). Tony and his team showed up promptly each morning and stayed consistently until the job was complete. They never skipped a day to work elsewhere or left early "to finish up" somewhere else. The number of days initially quoted for the job was also spot-on. Tony and crew cleaned up each day before leaving and were a pleasure to work with! We love the outcome and highly recommend!!
