When I first walked in I was greeted, checked in, & was offered something to drink while I waited for my stylist. Cameron greeted me with a warm smile as if we had been friends before & was very tentative with what I wanted. Cameron was very nice & made sure I was fully satisfied & happy with my new haircut & also provided me with information on how to style it & care for it. The other receptionist which I wish I got her name but she had red hair was also very informative & nice. Cameron & both receptionist gave me great information & even asked to book another appointment to maintain my new haircut. Needless to say I think I have found a new salon & I will be returning . I highly recommend this place as all staff were very nice. I want to thank Cameron, the red haired receptionist, & all the staff at the salon, thank ya'll sooo much for the wonderful experience!

I went for the same thing I got last time which was a balayage and a trim. I love how Tracy uses natural products! My hair color seems to last forever, and it smells so good when she's done. Tracy does such a fantastic job on my hair, and she always makes sure I'm completely happy and comfortable the whole time. She's such a bubbly, friendly person! I love visiting with her while she's taking care of my hair. I love the vibe of her salon and how it's not cluttered or loud like a lot of other salons. It's never too crowded for me, and it's always clean. (I also love her choice of music.) I have already recommended Tracy at Vanity Room Salon to quite a few people.
