BOWLERO HATES YOU…read more Have been bowling here for years, and every season we get "new rules" from the house. I can understand banning outside drinks, but now the new corporate overlords have banned pitchers of water on the tables. They also banned water in big glasses, so instead we have to get tiny plastic cups that are about 2 gulps of water, then stop and go back to the snack bar and ask for more. It's stupid, it wastes their time, it wastes my time, and it's petty. If they can be petty, I can be petty too. My team is not coming back after this. On top of the "War on Water" there are constant mechanical issues. I've never seen all 40 lanes operating in the same night. Half the time they don't even have a mechanic and the guy behind the snack counter is saddled with fixing the machines and cooking at the same time. They also insist on stupid black-lights 24/7 for as much as they can get away with. I've even had one of the managers tell me with a straight face he was FORCED to have the ultra-violet fan lights on with the regular lights which creates an uncomfortable glare of mixed lighting. Bowlero doesn't want you unless you are a teenager with $200 to blow on overpriced food paying $9 per game on a lane that isn't oiled with the lights out so you can't see anything. So do everyone a favor and stay away and let this place fail. Bye Bye Bowlero I hope you go bankrupt. I'm going to Sunshine where the lanes work, the staff cares, and I can have as much water as I please.

So Andrettis is an indoor karting, laser tag, and game room located right next to the Convention Center on International Drive. This place definitely was easily accessible from the main road and had plenty of parking in their private parking lot. So on the day of our event, upon arrival, we were greeted immediately and checked in quickly and efficiently. The staff were all very kind and helpful! The party room was located in the back of the building and was a pretty spacious room, with its own private bathroom. For our birthday package we opted for the laser tag, and arcade option for the kids and it kept them occupied for a few hours. Now for the food, I was very impressed by the quality and presentation of all the items we selected! Yes the food was just your average fried bar food... but I thought everything was super fresh and all came out very quick. The pizza, wings, and cheese curds were outstanding! Lastly, our party attendant was top notch! She was very attentive, had great communication, and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall, I will say that even though the birthday package at Andretti's is a bit on the pricier side... we thought it was definitely worth it... my nephew had a very memorable birthday!

As you can see from my review history, I usually leave positive reviews when I am impressed and…read morerarely post negative comments when I am disappointed. However, I feel compelled to write a negative one in this case. On 3/6, I purchased two Gold Packages for myself and my 13 year old daughter. Each package includes two races. The representative who helped us explained that if we only completed one race that day, the remaining race would be stored as a credit on our membership cards. We therefore used only one race on 3/6. When we returned the next day, the representative at the counter, Desi, told us the next race would start in about six minutes. However, when I presented our membership cards, she said she could not see the remaining race credit. She then began asking questions such as whether we had purchased only one Gold Package and shared it, and whether we had receipts. It was clear she suspected we were trying to misuse the system. She continued questioning us for several minutes until I finally asked her to call the manager. While the manager was looking up the information, I logged into my credit card account to show proof of purchase. When I approached the counter with that information, the manager said rather casually, "Oh, we already found it." Unfortunately, by that time we had missed the race we could have joined and had already spent about 20 minutes standing at the counter. No one initially apologized for the inconvenience. When I told the manager that Desi should apologize, the manager responded, "It was not our fault. It was a system error. Sorry." Desi then said, "You did not even give me a chance," and tossed the race tickets onto the counter before trying to walk away. When I said that if I had not asked for the manager she likely would have continued questioning us suspiciously, she responded in a hostile tone, "If you want to take a picture of my badge, you can." The entire interaction was unnecessarily confrontational and disappointing. System errors can happen, but how staff handle them matters. A simple apology and professional attitude would have made a big difference.

We were thrilled with the selection of games for both the younger members of our party and the adults. The overall favorite of everyone was the arena where we could all compete against each other. Coming in a close second was their human crane game which had pool tubes and huge inflatable aliens you could grab. When we done and thirsty, we went over to the food side. But there was no one at the host and it took quite a while until he came over to seat us. The waitress however , came promptly , our food came out quickly, and her service was great. The food was decent, however the draft beers were flat. All in all a great time was had by all.

I was wanting to take family here (3 adults and 4 kids 12 and under) as we are looking for somewhere fun for the kids. But the bad reviews leave me on the fence, wondering if I should choose somewhere else. I enjoyed the D & B in Philadelphia, so I thought of DB D & B. But now, not so sure. I hate to have bad service, poorly cooked food, bad beverages, etc. I hope you can give some encouragement against the reviews. And I know one person's bad experience, isn't another person's. I would judge off my own experience.

They must have over 20 lanes. We had one with a bumper for the kids and a regular lane for adults. It's located in a plaza that is shared with a skating rink and had ample parking out front when we arrived. Several options here - you can pay per player per game($5-10) or by time (an hour or 90 minutes). We paid $39 for 90 minutes for each lane with a maximum of 7 players per game. Shoe rentals were $5 or so, and socks available for purchase. The setup was easy with many fun themes(including the option to take selfies) for your the game board. Balls came back quickly. There is a small arcade, birthday room for parties, and a cafe and full bar(opens at 5 but they serve drinks you can order from the cafe before then. Staff were all friendly. Our lane malfunctioned a couple times and they added back time when our original time ended so we could finish the game. They also have TVs and let us put on the football games we wanted to watch by our lanes. Nothing fancy here but good, clean fun. Great family, date, friend, or solo outing!

The lanes are black and sticky. Not sure when the last time they have been cleaned. Numerous ceiling tiles hanging. Clearly there are leaks. There are always issues with multiple lanes not working. I know a lot of regulars spend their hard-earned money there, especially the League bowlers. I can't begin to imagine what they spend there, weekly. Please make this place better. It is not a good scene for Ormond Beach.
