One of the main doors to get into the rink area was marked as broken, and it caused a lot of issues trying to enter and exit, and confusion over whether both doors of the set were broken or just one, as the signage and cone was only on one of them. The entry to the ice itself is tiny and easily blocked by one person, let alone people also to exit the ice. Water was dripping from the rafters onto my skate bag. The rental skates are in BAD condition, like, I'm aware that rentals aren't good but most of these were nasty and should have been replaced already. And because of the massive crowd and gift tables from the parties there was basically no place to sit and put skates on. It was a couple of our kids' first time skating and I wish I'd have just taken them to one of the other rinks nearby, but I wanted to have access to a walker for any of them that wanted to use it. On that note, I purchased a walker rental but I was not given the correct color wristband to get one, so actually getting the walker was more challenging than it needed to be. For this..."experience", we paid a little more than $70. Maybe it's better on a weekday but I can't say I'm very excited to go back and see if that's true or not after the experience we had today. It kind of feels like we survived an incident rather than had a fun family outing.

The people hosting it said it was two hundred and fifty dollars for ten kids, so twenty-five dollars a head, not a terrible price, but I didn't think they gave a lot for the money. Pro.tip, if you go, remember that it is an ice skating rink, so it is chilly in there so bring a jacket.

Unfortunately, due to circumstances surrounding Hurricane Milton she was unable to attend. Instead of refunding our $150 deposit, she said it was non-refundable per the agreement which stated "weather". The weather in Orlando was perfectly fine and we were in a position to host, she unfortunately was not. Per our attorney, "weather" would imply the weather at the venue, not just weather in general. She said we could reschedule anytime in the next 365 days. Our little children were anticipating a birthday party on the 12th so we had to scramble to hire another company to replace Pony Tales. We could not just reschedule a children's party anytime in the next year. Also, the cost of the petting zoo was $550, which is not an expense we would just pay for no occasion. What reason would we have to reschedule this type of party? We conveyed our disappointment to her, and her response was to post our text message conversations on her social media page to garner sympathy from the public and so her friends could insult and disparage us. There was absolutely no reason to do this as we hadn't posted anything online. To say we would not recommend using her business is an understatement. We paid a $50 via PayPal then $100 cash the day of the party. She does accept card, but there is a 3% fee. Donna is amazing. She was running a tad bit late from a previous party, but kept me up to date via text. When she arrived she had Peanut all dolled up with ribbons and ready to go. She is extremely professional and handled our group of crazy kids like she's done it a million times in the horrendous Florida heat. I need to take tips from her, lol. We even had a dog from next door dig out from underneath the fence and I was terrified it would scare Peanut, but thankfully everything turned out ok. (On the invoice it clearly states no dogs) I highly recommend Pony Tales! She offers many other services and has her own farm you can go visit as well. Not only do they charge exorbitant registration fees and excessively raise class fees every year, but now they've started mandatory fees for rehearsals without consulting anyone. How would you force someone to attend your event just because you decided to do so and keep charging extra money for? They're making every effort to force participation in this event, draining more money from our pockets each day. Customer relations are very weak, and they seem to think they're teaching professional gymnastics when all they do is teach kids to jump and somersault while taking our money. It's a total scam, pure robbery, and massive disrespect. Even their reply to my comment is unacceptable. Why are you charging everyone registration fees every year to cover your insurance costs? That's something you should charge on initial registration or maybe included monthly fees. We should not be victims of your poor business decisions and pay registration fees every year. Also $150 for rehearsals is not the issue and we don't care what you are providing in return. The issue is you are "MANDATING" and "FORCEFULLY CHARGING"everyone without their consent. Just because you communicated since December and decided to put a show by mandating the parents to pay doesn't justify your actions. You claim your show is an extracurricular activity, and we are not locked into anything. Then how and why are we mandated to attend and pay for it. And yes your staff are disrespectful because when I called your staff told me this is how you do business, will keep increasing the prices every year and it's the trainer's and the owner's decision to put a show and mandatorily charge the parents. You should be ashamed of your business model.

Plus, i work nights so could not volunteer as the mothers are expected to make it their life too, for no discounts or pay or anything. The instruction was just okay, and the acro in particular was really lame. Way overcrowded and work on the same 4 moves for years. Also, they are laying all over the floor and it's filthy, do not have a cleaning company because it's all about the money there and totally disorganized...lice and athlete's foot run rampant all year. We switched mid year to another studio and it is worth the drive. No mothers expected to work for free, clean as a whistle, no bubbling floors, they pay staff well and teachers are good, more than one show a year without comiting to 'company' and nice people who will not go postal on your kid. Do yourself a favor and RUN! Don't be fooled by proximity when the personalities could damage how your child feels about her talents.
