We responded "surely my mom and stepdad could sign a paper consent form as they don't want their names and address being used on the internet. We then asked, may we speak to the manager? We again explained all we had discussed. She replied, "we don't have or allow paper consent forms." Followed by "It is what it is". At this point our 5 year old grandson was informed that we must all leave because his two great grandparents do not use the internet and have no email addresses. My concern is that Orange City Florida likely has many individuals whom are not internet trusting or savvy. I found this to be an easily resolvable issue, with unyielding management.

I'm not an angry person, but it felt sooooooo good coming here and damaging things. We paid $109 for three people to rage for thirty minutes. We got soooooooo many items to damage. Some glass I threw at the wall. Other glass got hit with cane or metal bat. Yup, you read that right- a cane!! We even got some large items to damage. It was a plethora of things to destroy. So much that we forgot to damage some. Thankfully the staff was nice enough to give us an additional three minutes to damage as much as we could. Clearly, being destructive was the highlight of my night, but I'm going to try them again for their arcade. I'm also going back because the service was A1! The family was personable, knowledgeable and just a great family to be around. They actually played a prank on me- such a wonderful time! It is obvious they are doing some upgrades and will only get better. Try them out for date night, your birthday or after a long Monday. It's honestly never a bad time to go! Think about as self care and releasing whatever it is you need to release (if you don't think you need to release anything, release some of that happiness and share it with the world as you demolish glass pieces). 10/10. This place definitely was easily accessible from the main road and had plenty of parking in their private parking lot. So on the day of our event, upon arrival, we were greeted immediately and checked in quickly and efficiently. The staff were all very kind and helpful! The party room was located in the back of the building and was a pretty spacious room, with its own private bathroom. For our birthday package we opted for the laser tag, and arcade option for the kids and it kept them occupied for a few hours. Now for the food, I was very impressed by the quality and presentation of all the items we selected! Yes the food was just your average fried bar food... but I thought everything was super fresh and all came out very quick. The pizza, wings, and cheese curds were outstanding! Lastly, our party attendant was top notch! She was very attentive, had great communication, and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall, I will say that even though the birthday package at Andretti's is a bit on the pricier side... we thought it was definitely worth it... my nephew had a very memorable birthday!

A few of them are also difficult since they are in Japanese only, so it'd be nice to have a little guide on how-to-play. Most are pretty intuitive, but some are more difficult to figure out. Our last visit, one of the basketball machines wasn't working and the skee-ball was a little wonky. The 1 vs. 1 games on the 2nd floor were fun as well. We always end with a few games of pinball on our way out. Some of the games you can see the wear-and-tear since my last few visits, so I hope they are doing well enough where they can repair or replace them soon. I don't think I've tried any of their food or drinks, but there's a lot of shops nearby to eat and drink before or after visiting!

Fellow movie-goers were respectful. No phones. No talking. No horsing around. Just like the old days when fellow movie-goers had manners. It was heavenly. Our only quibble: the actor's dialogue was at times difficult to pick up clearly. With all the fantastic sound effects and great music, the speaking part of the sound system needs a little tweaking. Given that the party seemed rushed there was no time to open gifts so we helped take them to the parent's car then we all left. Upon arriving, we were asked to fill out a paper waiver -- I advised the young staff member that we already filled this out online so why are we now having to fill it out again. She seemed to be dumbfounded and didn't know -- told me that she was just told to have all party guests fill out the waiver and that she thought it was because they were having system issues but wasn't sure. There is also a large cafeteria, and the food is okay, not anything special, but convenient when you're there with kids. The annual pass is definitely worth it for us. It's a fun place to spend a few hours with little kids without feeling overwhelmed or exhausted, and older kids can enjoy it just as much.
