There also seems to be a cafe that is closed all the time (lol). This is a station that you just wanna be out and about. Get there and get on a train. Get off a train and leave. As simple as that. No point in sticking around waiting for your train.

During this time of Covid-19 and all the other illnesses going around , cleanliness and sanitary environments are crucial for me. The cleanliness of their vehicles were superb. I've missed plenty of trains because of them. Since the introduction of Uber I haven't called them until recently. I wanted to give it go again you know and support. Once again I scheduled a 1pm pickup to go to the LIRR. I called a few minutes before to remind them. At 1:05 I was told it's just 1:05 Mrs . They are the worst car service, between them Danny's also in Rosedale I don't know who's worse. And yes I will get another point for being late .

That and the fact that I don't want to take these horrid feelings into 2016 with me. (Some of) The dispatchers are very very very very unprofessional. They can get very rude to the point of hanging up on you when you call to enquire about cabs you requested 56 mins ago. It's like they drive a horse and carriage while you wait, but turn into too fast too furious as you sit in their cabs ie reckless driving. If you suffer with motion sickness, you definitely need a sea-band to travel even one mile with them! The cabs are smelly with doors that are so hard to properly close, that even their drivers complain that they won't fix anything. The windows don't work any better making it very hot in the summer but freezing in the winter. How do they get their cabs to be as back to front as they are? Now I fully comprehend that during peak hours and holidays cabs may run later than usual but not here! They run late all the time! You never know how to schedule around them because they can be over an hour later after their promised 10/15 min wait. OR....too early and, as you may make your request for a cab and hang up the phone, you hear a honk outside your door. (InTheArea smh) NOW, I wouldn't mind them being early, BUT If they're earlier than promised and heaven forbid you take too long running down some stairs and getting your coat on, they leave your arse right there! Just drive off. Not even waiting a few seconds, you've got to be standing outside like I usually am. My thought is, if you're super busy, why not explain that to us when we call? Honesty is one of the highest forms of respect in my book and they apparently don't respect the business (with tips) I/ we bring them! It's always "cab will be with you 10/15 mins".....MORONS! I'm not working in your office and some days even I know because of the weather your cab may take more than 30 mins to get to me! My gorsh my gorsh! A few of the drivers are TOO forward and there are one or two rude ones. The old man that says absolutely nothing is my favourite. Many of them are very pleasant but most of the dispatchers.....the dispatchers! ...(are) just plain nasty! Elder Caribbean people have a proverb, "de fish does rotten from de head", no matter how nice your workers are, if the head men suck then YOUR CAB COMPANY SUCK! Your duchess sucks! What are you doing to my street cred people!? I cannot recommend you! I'm saddened when I have to depend on this company to get around. If you have a choice PLEASE don't use this company.
