Very slow service- I think they forgot about our order, restaurant full of flies, bagels that were supposed to be toasted were served cold & barely toasted at all. read more

Girl taking our order was nice. Flies were terrible. Our two bagels with cream cheese took forever. Think they forgot our order. Bagels weren't toasted. Girl filling orders was dancing instead of getting out orders. They really need an older adult present to keep operation running smoothly. read more

Unfortunately, the bagel quality of this branch location, is very below-par. Two different varieties, sesame, and salt, tasted uncooked and 'doughy' inside. Toasting them at home did not improve our experience. This was on a rather not-busy 8 am Saturday recently. It's disappointing, since it's always been good at FoCo locations. read more

I love lox and bagels, cream cheese and capers, and Gib's does it Right!!! This was re-opening day after a remodel and the renovations are perfect! There are so many choices, and I was treated as a king!! I also had a toffee mocha..mmmmm. Every thing was perfect! Five Stars!!!!!! read more

Any place where employees have never heard of bialys is not New York. Also these are west coast bagels not New York bagels. NY bagels are hard and crunchy on the outside and soft and light on the inside. As someone said previously, they should be called "Gibs Colorado Bread Circles." read more

Always getting the wrong food. My order was sent off with a doordasher so we had to wait 45 minutes to get our food. They ran out of strawberry cream cheese mid bagel so I got half plain half strawberry which makes for a bitter bagel.. I love gibs and supporting them but things have got to change read more

Excellent NY style bagels made w heart & soul NY style! The Lox Schmer is to die for! read more

Waiting in line for 30 min. Got to the drive through order box and a lady says rude we are busy it will be a minute. 12 min later I could not get any response so I had to drive over the grass of the oil change place to leave. They lost a customer forever! read more

Food in Colorado has been marginal. It nice to get a legit bagel that is actually toasted and not just warmed when I ask for toasted. The tomato and onions was flavorful and cold. The coffee was great too. read more

Great bagels clean establishment! Very clean and the staff are extremely friendly! A good variety as well

They got my order wrong and forgot cheese on my bagel sandwich. It was way too expensive for what I got. No other customers inside but it took a minute for them to even notice I was there. The food was ok. read more

The restaurant is clean and the staff friendly. I bought a half dozen bagels to go. The bagels were dry, but even worse, they botched the Oder and substituted salt bagels (pretzel, supposedly) for two others. They were gross - not to my taste. read more

Slowest drive-thru I've ever experienced (frequently, not just one time). Bagels are OK, but seem to have become more inconsistent over the past few years. read more

Not just one. Two burnt bagels to start my day. Seriously how can you mess up a bagel? Can I give zero stars? read more

Gib's New York Bagels - a half eaten sandwich - Bagels Near Me - Windsor, Colorado

Check your order! (I know, you shouldn't even have to...) We love the bagels hence the second star. The food is delicious. BUT we also know that anything we add on or change from the menu item (i.e. add cream cheese, change flavor, toasted, etc) will always be wrong or not on the sandwich. In the 5 years we have been ordering from here, our order has never been correct. Ever. Managers are always annoyed when we call or walk back in the door, but nothing changes... read more

The worst food establishment I've ever been in. It's gross, their coffee is basically water, they take 25 minutes for1 bagel. Went back a second time just to give them the benefit of the doubt, the blonde girl is beyond clueless idk if she's special ed, and they don't toast your bagels. They come out cold and disgustin. DO NOT EAT HERE read more

Good bagel breakfast sandwiches and iced coffee. There is outdoor outdoor seating available.

The service used to be so good and FAST but now it's as if the staff don't enjoy their jobs, they aren't very nice and now take triple the time it used to to get your order Not as good as they used to be read more

Nice staff, great bagel -- will come back regularly now that I live in the area. Quick ordering and good price

Years later, I decided to try this place again. The review is for the food, not the customer service. The staff was friendly but the food was beyond disgusting. We ordered 6 bagels--one with egg and cheese. 3 of the 6 bagels had either a human or animal hair on or in it. Yes. Yuck. Later, my friend which ate the egg and cheese was violently ill in the night. I wouldn't eat here again if it was the last place on earth. read more

I'm from New York and these aren't "New York" bagels. They did the old flip the touchscreen around to try to get me to tip which annoys me.

I ordered bagels the night before. Came to pick up and door was locked, sign stating low staffing, please go to drive through. Had to wait for other cars. Once I got to the window, they didn't have order ready, I was told 15-20 minutes. They should not be taking online orders if they can't fulfill them in a timely manner. I messaged the business, never got a response. read more

Only bagel I've had in Colorado aside from Big Daddy Bagels in Boulder come close to tasting like a good New York bagel. They had a period where their supplier wasn't bringing them their pizza melts, which is my favorite thing to order. But the Maneger was very polite with me explaining the situation. He was very professional. Now the pizza melts are back and fantastic as ever. Love the sundried tomato cream cheese they sell. read more

I got a poppy seed bagel with spinach artichoke cream cheese. The poppy seeds were virtually non existent. The spinach artichoke cream cheese was okay. Overall nothing very impressive about the bagel. I won't be back. One positive was the drive through I will say that. read more

Gib's New York Bagels - Supposed to be a poppy seed bagel - Bagels Near Me - Windsor, Colorado

Have gave this place a chance many times over the last few months and sadly it has always fallen flat, the bagels are almost always lacking in quality from the bagel itself being burnt black or stale tasting. The service isn't great either can be very slow and unsatisfactory. Other gibs such as one of the locations in Fort Collins are a much better option and I would not recommend eating at this location. read more

I bit into a few metal staples in my bagel underneath the cream cheese. Hard to believe this was by accident. This place is run by a bunch of grumpy teenagers. I was refunded..Very unsafe & quite shocking! read more

Gib's New York Bagels - metal staples - Bagels Near Me - Windsor, Colorado

It is pretty ridiculous, but I found a staple in my bagel sandwich, just like an earlier review. They must keep the staples by the food prep area. Sort of funny how incompetent they are. Food quality is very inconsistent, sometimes OK, other times disgusting. Drive through takes FOREVER to get through. High turnover of grumpy employees ensures they never get your order right. I wish someone would open a Einsteins Bagels here to flush this worthless turd. The only thing New York about this place is the employees attitudes. Avoid, unless you enjoy frustration on many different levels. read more

The service at the Windsor location is a joke and is only getting worse. The quality of the food is still good, but the service is so slow and uncaring it's ridiculous. But yet I keep going back or at least I did until today. That was my absolute last time. read more

This place is lucky I'm not picky about what kind of bagel I am eating. 90% of the time I order here my bagel is always made wrong. I ask no egg and I get egg, I ask for a toasted plain bagel it's not toasted, I ask for a plain bagel I get some weird spicy one. Once I ordered a ham and pepper jack cheese and got a cranberry cream cheese, another time, same order and it came out with egg, had them remake it and made it with American cheese... I usually order the same thing every time. Toasted plain bagel with ham and pepper jack cheese... I didn't realize that's not easy. They're usually always friendly and very kind, that's why I've never left a review. But this time was my last straw... and trust me you've had plenty. Just slow down on what you're doing. read more

These are not "New York bagels", not by a country mile. I don't know how you think you can just put that on your business name and think us folks from New York aren't going to notice. I got a half dozen bagels yesterday that went stale in about 15 minutes - NY bagels don't do that. Your bagels are small and unseasoned - NY bagels are huge, fresh and covered in seasoning. Don't claim to be something you're not. Oh and this location's customer service needs a LOT of work. I went here a while ago and the bagels were not good but I gave them a pass (everyone has bad days)...turns out they churn out stale, flavorless bagels as their product by choice. How unfortunate, I don't know who "Gib" is but he ain't from the East Coast. read more

Save the food, there's little of anything associated with New York I desire to be around. Luckily, the workers here aren't the traditional NY assholes, they're hard-working and serve up good bagels and breakfast sandwiches. The breakfast sandwiches were good in quantity and quality. However, the bagels left something to be desired. The blueberry bagels had zero blueberry flavor and only sparse, minced dashes of blueberry pieces. It was essentially a plain bagel with minuscule dots of blue. They gave significantly more cream cheese than places like Panera, etc but was still far from what I found anywhere in NY. It's a decent place for a quick breakfast but I wouldn't be devastated if they packed up and went back to the northeast. read more

Maybe I came on an off day but dang my Bagel dry AF. I'll try again next week. I'll update

I was the first person in line this morning when they opened at 6 am. They said they got a late start and it would be 10-12 min to bake a bagel....45 min later I'm still waiting....ridiculous read more

My first visit here. Out of the garlic herb cc on a Sunday morning. The kid who took my order was handling the register and money and marking the cups he was writing on to fill coffee orders. Every cup he touched he put his fingers inside the cup while writing on them. Not sure if I will go back again. If I do and that happens again I will definitely be sure to make a big deal out of it! read more

The bagels are great when they have them. There's so many different bagels on their menu that they never have. If different bagels are being promoted and they don't have them, they shouldn't be on the menu for the day. I'm just tired of trying to order a certain bagel multiple times and never get it. read more

Bagels felt and tasted like they were a week old. Service was slow and rude. And they over charged me a dozen bagels - thankfully I checked my receipt. read more

So what you are going to get when you come to Gib's is exactly what you'd expect from a drive-thru bagel shop. Do not let the name fool you, as these bagels can't be compared to the style of a real New York bagel. Now, if you want chewy, small, mealy bagels with a bigger-than-normal size bagel hole, than this is your place. The drinks are pretty good if they listen to your order correctly but don't expect anything extravagant from these guys in the morning, as they frequently get the order wrong. It does the job for filling a hole in your stomach if you are in a rush but thats all it does. I recommend the Snickerdoodle Latte. read more

I'm from Connecticut, and I've heard raving reviews about this place. I decided to try this place out this morning and was a bit disappointed. I asked for a blueberry bagel and got a plain with enough cream cheese for three bagels. :/ Bagel tasted off though. Did get an iced coffee which was surprisingly good, so that was something. read more

UPDATE: Ok, so we've continued to go to Gibs in Windsor due to my obsession with bagels. We've consistently had great bagels, good and friendly service, and great coffee. I am picky about all of these things and Gibs Windsor does not disappoint. Additionally, I recently traveled to NYC and sought out as many of the highest rated and most recommended bagels in all of the city. I ate the best 5-7 bagels in NY, and Gibs holds their own right with them. Well done Gibs! read more
