What's great for events is the ability to open large train station doors on the rear (west) side of the building because it connects to a beautifully finished patio. So for events the ability to customize the layout, provide a good stroll for attendees and not feel cramped into a small space is fantastic! Perhaps the best thing is how photogenic the space can be! There was a coffee machine accessible to guests at all hours of the day. The black out curtains worked well. The bad: Our keycard got demagnetized multiple times so we had to keep bringing it to the lobby to activate. It happened to other guests too. The play structure is built wide enough that parents can follow their kids around/look for them without bothering other kids/parents. The have lots of seating areas/benches/tables. They even have the playground split in two parts, one for the bigger kids and one for the little ones (2-5yrs). Also, instead of sand on the ground to break kids falls, they have soft rubber padding which stays much cleaner than sand. Theres even a nice grassy area for picnics. Cons- None
