We both agree that the 3 meats we had were phenomenal. Rich seasoning and perfection on the smoke. We had the pulled pork, jalapeño sausage and rib tips. There was nothing left. The coleslaw was light and fresh. The beans were thick with a nice bit of spice. Just enough. My husband the Mac n Cheese connoisseur was kind of meh on that. Throw in 57! You can truly tell that this child is extremely passionate about his oil! Overall an amazing experience would recommend!

Although I don't have proof except the hanging weight compared to total lbs of hamburger received was extremely different. This appeared to be a dad daughter business maybe?!?! I don't know but I like to support small business. The gal inside was super friendly and the man (I assumed dad) was very helpful as well. The windows at this little cart are VERY high --- like if you are a trucker without a trailer you could easily go to this window yourself. The car in front of me when I walked up had to get out of her car to get her drink since it is so high. This works for this stop for sure. The options for drinks here is pretty awesome. Typical coffee house/cart options of course but they had some fun lemonade options and red bull spritzer type options. Pretty darn good pricing as well! I got a SF Vanilla Chai and it was fantastic. They were very accommodating and beyond friendly. If you are in the area give it a try!

I have to say that the roll w/gravy was my favorite. I personally would have liked a little more gravy, but the fresh butter rolls were delicious. I did not enjoy the doughnuts. They were very dense, and the glaze or chocolate was dry on top. The roll themselves were very bland. I reheated the cinnamon roll the following day, and it was good but so big I could have had three meals from it. The flavor was just above bland. If rolls are that big, then the filling or flavoring should be more prominent as well. I would definitely recommend and return here.
