It's not what she said. It was her tone. She was quite rude. A simple "I'm sorry, but we're not open yet" would have sufficed. I'm not dropping a couple hundred dollars more on yet another stock tank (I've purchased several from this location) to be talked down to like that. I'll gladly buy my stock tanks from Minor Bros. Country Living, moving forward. I just smiled & left. One minute before they opened. I'm no window shopper. In fact, if they review their security footage, they'll see I had parked my car in their loading area & I was folding down my seats so I could haul another stock tank away, as I've done several times before. They used to be so friendly at this location. What happened?

There are approximately 125,000 square feet of retail space. The biggest retailer is Farm Boy. Other big retailers are Princess Auto, PenFinancial Credit Union, Effort Trust, Sherwin Williams Paints. There are many restaurants like KFC, Mucho Burrito, Firehouse Subs, Mr Mikes SteakhouseCasual, and Starbucks. Other retailers are dentists, nail salon, hair salon, and pottery painting. There are quite enough parking spaces. Certainly places have their own dedicated parking: Farm Boy, Mr Mikes, PenFinancial. I bought a $100 Prepaid Mastercard from the Walmart on Fourth ave around Christmastime as a gift…read morefor a family member. The cashier did not activate the card correctly and I couldn't call the customer service phone number on the back as it just kept saying the card was invalid (due to not being activated). I took the card to the Walmart at the Fairview Mall. I tried to explain the issue to the customer service rep and before she could let me explain the situation the first words out of her mouth were, "you have to call the number". She wouldn't look at the receipt or anything. I spoke with 3 different reps and every rep had the position it's not Walmart's problem, you have to call the customer service number. I work in customer service as well. I wasn't angry about having to call a number. I was just very disappointed by the lack of accountability. I understand it was the holiday season when I purchased the card. I'm sure the cashier was tired or whatever the case was when she didn't activate the card correctly. Mistakes are made all the time. It happens. Rather than just admit the card was improperly activated, none of the reps took any responsibility at all. At the very least to say the cashier who activated the card did so incorrectly. I finally got through to a representative with the Mastercard gift cards who confirmed the issue was because of the cashier input the card information for activation incorrectly (what I tried telling the reps who brushed it off each time) I finally was able to get the card activated. Sorry for the long post. This particular experience was so bad I felt like sharing it.

This secondhand store has a great selection of clothing with a lot of it being big name brands…read more(Niki, Guess, Michael Kors and many more) all the clothing is in like new condition and is priced at extremely reasonable prices (compared to Value Village) This store is definitely my new thrift store to shop at!
