There was initially good communication, a great phone chat, followed by a prompt floral proposal that I fell in love with. The owner listened to me and shared she would be happy to work with me and my budget, but once I communicated a potential budget range, I never heard from them again. I called, emailed multiple times but received no response or follow up. It was upsetting to have gotten my hopes up and to have been so blatantly ignored. I would have increased my budget if they communicated they had a budget minimum, but I never got the chance to have that discussion. Hoping they're able to re-evaluate their customer service protocols.

It was a real treat to find they were serving free homemade cookies and hot cocoa! I was able to make several purchases for family members from my Christmas list that I know they will love.
