I took a chance on something new tonight (Sopes) and was thrilled that I did. I loved it! The chicken was extremely tender and seasoned well. (I don't like anything overly seasoned or spicy, and this was perfectly balanced with flavor. The fresh lime added a nice flavor enhancing touch as well. The horchata was served cold and refreshing! It was like a guilty pleasure to drink. The chips were crispy and the guacamole was really nicely prepared, fresh, and delicious! (I could have eaten a bowl of it. It was so good!) The other individual in our party thoroughly enjoyed the tacos and their side of mole sauce. The food was promptly prepared and served hot. Our waitress was kind and efficient in her response to our needs. The restaurant had a small dining area but big enough to accommodate multiple tables. We were able to fully enjoy our meal without feeling rushed or crowded. We each drove about 30 minutes to get here and agreed that it was worth the drive. I will certainly be back sometime!

Huge, huge thanks to that team and everything they did to make it a wonderful birthday bash! Bottom line: FOLLOW this food truck! They come out like chipotle wrapped in paper and man are they heavy! Wasn't even too pricey either! For four people $37. Were used to paying more for vegan food.
