However, today I was excited to find the Rebel Hive Meadery while browsing in the Fairgrounds Farmers Market! This was the first weekend they were open for business. Mike and Ryan were informative, helpful and welcoming. Ryan poured samples of their meads for tasting. I'm not going to attempt a mead review, as I'm inexperienced and was focused on simply tasting their basic mead, called "It's Not You, It's Mead". It was positively delicious! With my best French accent... "It was bright with hints of Concord grapes!". Haha, actually they assured me that there are no grapes in this mead!
