Below average pizza with sparse toppings. We've been trying out different pizza joints in Santee. In short, I would not go back.

Did a Postmates delivery order today. Thin crust pepperoni & sausage pizza was excellent ! Got a medium Antipasto Salad which was really good as well. First time we tried and we will again and again. read more

Very tasty pie! We got the thin crust supreme and the pizza tasted great and the garlic knots were nice and soft and garlicky!

Just want to start by saying the pizzas are really good. Especially the bbq chicken. But I'm only giving 1 star because their business practices are absolutely horrible. They charge 4% for using card (both credit and debit) AND NEVER TELL YOU. And if you ask they always say it's just 50 cents. We've been to this place a few times and this happens EVERY TIME and I'm sick of it. Last time, they even tried charging me 4% when I was paying cash. I had to argue with the kid behind the counter that I'm paying cash and the 4% should be removed. We love their pizza, will definitely come back, but I always have to be high alert to make sure they're not charging the 4%. I just want good pizza and not have to prepare for war every time I talk to someone at the counter. read more

My dad and I visited this small, hidden pizza spot without high expectations, but we were pleasantly surprised. We ordered two cheese slices and two Margherita pizzas, and they were absolutely amazing! The thin crust Margherita is especially delicious and highly recommended. If you visit, definitely try it--you won't be disappointed. read more

Overall, I dont expect this place to be around long. Disappointed they didnt have a smaller size for a Calzone. 16.99 is insane to me for a '8 Slice' meal. Only ordered cheese and sausage since it was already getting expensive, and think it could have been stuffed more. Smells great! Tastes okay. They give you 2 marinara sauces but they're cold. They had a decent selection of toppings and stuff for vegans which is cool. I got a custom veggie pie with no cheese for about 17 bucks. A 14 inch was enough for dinner and leftovers were enough for lunch. read more

Since Costco downsized their menu, I missed their combo pizza and pizza in general. I thought I'd give GBP a try, and was not disappointed. They made a really EXCELLENT combo (Supreme) pizza and their garlic rolls are delicious. I would highly recommend. read more

I was pleased to see this pizza place opening up in Santee. They made my favorite pizza, eggplant. I have given this place a low rating because they delivered a burnt pizza. I figure whoever took that pizza out of the oven and put it in the box for delivery had to see it was black! Burnt eggplant is very bitter! No, I didn't call and complain and demand another, why bother so they can spit on it and send it to me. I'm disabled so it would have been impossible for me to get my own and I just didn't want to deal with their BS. I only have it one star because the cheese pizza we also ordered was fine, nothing special. If a business cares so little about their product and image I don't want to do business with them. This was a couple of months ago, I was hoping they wouldn't charge me for this abomination but yep they did. We've ordered from them twice now, pick up not delivery, show up when they say it's going to be ready and they haven't even started our order. Both. Times. 20-25 minutes after placing an order, they're not busy, yet haven't even started our order when we get there. Really? This place has everything, pizza, pasta, sandwiches and wraps. I've tried a lot of pizza joints in San Diego and as a new resident of Santee, Giant Bronx Pizza is the best pizza I've had here in SD area. Reasons being, it's legitimate authentic style NY pizza. There is no pizza on their menu that is something that just seems to have too many toppings; I've tried them all besides the Veggie, all are fantastically put together. The service there is just as authentic as their pizzas and ingredients; true, fair and honest. Finally you won't break the bank ordering any of there items on their menu which is a huge plus, we've all seen those shops that will charge higher prices for a "specialty" pizza. I write this review as a experienced and knowledgeable man who knows pizza and authentic pizza joints as I was born and raised in NY. Check this place out, you will not forget it. read more

This is one of my favorite places to eat in Santee, I used to go there while I worked at GTM for a slice of pizza on my lunches and the quality is superb. We need more places like this one! Absolutely delicious pizza, fast & great service! Picked up a pepperoni pizza with garlic knots and marinara sauce. The pizza was cooked perfectly with tons of pepperoni & cheese on top. The garlic knots were soft on the inside, crispy on the outside.. and the marinara sauce was filled with garlic and not salty.. which in my opinion is perfect. Will go here again!! read more

Honestly I was a little disappointed. There cheesy bread alone was the worst part. Not at all what I thought and there was no photo, other then what they offered as garlic bread. They basically toasted both sides of the bread and put cheese on it and melted it and called it a day. It was just cheese toast. Expensive cheese toast. The pizza though was very good. If I come again it will only be for their pizza. read more

I ordered online at 7:09, the estimate was that it should be ready between 7:25-7:35, when I got there at 7:30 they told me it should be right out. Obviously you were lying to my face & think my time is worthless since that that point the (thinish crust) pizza couldn't have even been in the oven since it wasn't ready until 7:58. I was literally on my phone trying to cancel the order when you brought it out. Try respecting your customers, then maybe it'll at least matter if you're food's any good or not (which it was just ok). read more

Delicious pizza! Of course it will be a little pricier than the average pizza chains but you can taste the difference. The ingredients here taste fresh and the sauce homemade. We got the antipasto salad, garlic knots and four cheese pizza. All were amazing! read more
