We had the best time! We love to go ghost hunting! So to find out that we could not only go on a historical tour, but to get out and do some communications with lingering spirits! We were thrilled! The cute lady at the desk was very friendly and helpful! Our tour guide was very nice, informative and fun! The tour showed us all kinds of things that we wouldn't have seen by ourselves. I'm so happy we did this!

We had an Awesome tour with Shane (Cody), He was friendly, super knowledgeable, and flexible. We went for my boyfriend's birthday on this actually bday for the driving ghost tour at 7pm. It was just the two of us and Cody. We learned the history of Jermone. We spent the majority of our time at the cemetery, which was our first spot. There was a lot of activity there. We communicated with a lot of spirits. Freaky thing is they mentioned our names loudly and clearly. I experienced a tumble down a hill after we heard Stop, Go Away. I hike so I know I didn't loose my footing. I just landed on my butt and spin around facing off the hill. Very strange. Then I feel a child hand gently squeezed my ring finger and pinky on my left hand that was at my side. We got pics of orbs and video of other things too. It fun was and scary at the same time. Yes, I would do this again!!!

So the service alone is amazing I accidentally booked my trip for Thursday instead of Friday so obviously I didn't show up on Thursday they called me I explained how I just picked the wrong day and they got me the next days same time no extra charge I mean you couldn't ask for better service. My tour guides name was Ginger and she was amazing we went to so many places and I learned so much history and it started off slow really was not hearing voices at first. But as we continue to explore I definitely got some voices I have to check my phone to see if I can hear more voices through my phone but I had a blast. I am definitely going to do this tour more especially once more things open up as I'm told they do a lot more things. And ginger recommended some wonderful places and I am currently at haunted hamburger so thank you Ginger and ghost tours for this amazing experience

I called to ask a few questions. The level of unprofessionalism this man portrays is beyond me. He is lucky he has, from what I've heard, great employees working for him to keep his business running. Reading his one star reviews and his replies just goes to prove this. As pictured, he failed to acknowledge that his own employee provided someone with a coupon and took it out on a customer. And offended a whole nationality (Sri Lankan) to try to get a point across. Pure failure of customer service and communication. Don't deal with tourists/people in general if you don't know how to act at 8 am. The industry is not for you. Would never support the business of such an ignorant, racist, and uneducated man. On the other hand, I went to constant evolution escape games instead and had an amazing and spooky experience!! Highly recommend!!

This was my second tour with Ghost Town Tours. Both tours were so much fun! Cody was our tour guide for this last tour and he's such a wealth of information. We highly recommend Ghost Town Tours and would definitely book with them again!

We booked a same day ghost tour not really knowing what to expect and we were beyond pleased! We have special circumstances and when we called they suggested a private tour. We assumed it would be super expensive but the price they gave us was extremely fair. They were not only accommodating but the tour was awesome and Ginger gave us so much information and history. The kids were entertained and we saw and learned about parts of Jerome we never knew existed. From booking to drop off they went above and beyond. Cant wait to bring our out of town guests back for another tour!

Was visiting Jerome and of course wanted to do a ghost tour. I realized I had booked it for Thursday but I meant to book it for Wednesday, so I called and spoke to Greta (I think that was her name). She was so nice and accommodating and got us changed over to the Wednesday tour! Great communication! I've done several ghost tours in different cities but usually it's just walking around and hearing stories and history about the locations. This tour we were given EVP and Voice Box machines to use. DAVE WAS AWESOME! I was actually very freaked out and he stuck close to us and made sure to explain everything to us and answer any questions we had. It was 4 of of us plus Dave so 5 total. The small group size gave us plenty of time to ask questions and take our time at the two locations. It was very creepy and we definitely experienced some strange things! Thanks so much, Dave! You rock!

Highly recommend this company. Our kids, 6 and 8, had a blast as well. Our tour guide was interesting and provide a ton of history. We had a lot of fun.

We had a great time, the emf went wild in the stairwell of the clubhouse, but the highlight was the storytelling.

We reserved our time with her in advance and she was very nice and easy to work with. I called her a few times because I had to adjust our party size and she was very accommodating. Our tour started at the Vendome Hotel where we received brief history, several stories about encounters and watched a few videos where possible encounters were captured. That ended up being the rhythm of the tour, walk + history + story + picture/video and some exploring. We walked though two different hotels, around the whiskey row square, a dark alley and ended the night at the saloon. The tour is a great mixture of history and ghost stories, your also encouraged to take photos to try and capture an encounter. I started the tour skeptical of actually seeing anything but at the end of the night my friend and I definitely saw something shoot past my camera phone in the saloon! Overall we had the best time with Darlene and I would definitely recommend doing this!

Park in one of the recessed spaces (there are 4) next to the community management/sales office outside the gate. The pathway is to the left of the gate, going into the trees to the left of the clearing (it was a clearing when I went but could be under development). The path was marked on the map on the running/hiking app I use. Follow the path up until you reach the grand staircase up to the top of the hill. The site is relatively small compared to others in the area like Goat Camp and Shoofly, but is really unique in it's positioning at the top of a very high hill and the structures appear to be from the era of pit-house architecture. I hear there are plans to turn the site into a self-guided tour-able location with informational signs about history &c., and it will be amazing. I will definitely have to come back!
