I'm forgetting our tour guide's name but he was so awesome! We were the first people to tour the cottonwood cemetery, and the experience was great! He didn't hover over us, just let us do our thing and that was the best. He goes into some detail regarding the history of Jerome/Cottonwood which was interesting. We had so much fun that the 2 hours we were out there felt like 15 minutes. He even let us take the spirit box and EVP with us for the night! Super cool experience and would highly recommend it to anyone that likes to ghost hunt! read more

What a joke! $45 walk a short distance over a long period of time, with only a few stories and little to see. But, we did get to carry a phony electronic ghost buster device. In reference to A ghost tour in Jerome AZ in September 17, 2025. This something to do. The tour guide tells great stories. They loan you a device that has static coming from it to detect ghost and it may have voices once in a wile. Will you experience a ghost probably not. Can you enjoy playing along most certainly. They make it so you will want to upgrade to the longer tour by starting a story and saying that they will finish the story at the end of the tour. But they mean at the end of the longer tour not the one hour tour. If you're going to do it take the long tour. Or the history tour. Otherwise it's really not worth anything. But still if you need something to do go for it. Just don't expect much. I didn't expect anything and I was still let down. Not worth the amount of money it cost. This is just my opinion and I'm unaware of any other ghost tour in Jerome AZ. I bought my tickets online and went to the place in Jerome that does ghost tours. Cool looking place that has a lot of dog stuff which seems like they may favor dogs. read more

We had an Awesome tour with Shane (Cody), He was friendly, super knowledgeable, and flexible. We went for my boyfriend's birthday on this actually bday for the driving ghost tour at 7pm. It was just the two of us and Cody. We learned the history of Jermone. We spent the majority of our time at the cemetery, which was our first spot. There was a lot of activity there. We communicated with a lot of spirits. Freaky thing is they mentioned our names loudly and clearly. I experienced a tumble down a hill after we heard Stop, Go Away. I hike so I know I didn't loose my footing. I just landed on my butt and spin around facing off the hill. Very strange. Then I feel a child hand gently squeezed my ring finger and pinky on my left hand that was at my side. We got pics of orbs and video of other things too. It fun was and scary at the same time. First let me say I was late to our shuttle tour. There was no where to park, Jerome was packed for a Saturday. Cody was awesome he called me on my cell phone, he was very patient, luckily we were the only two passengers on our tour so he was very cordial and never made us feel rushed. He told us great stories and drove us around the city to the various haunted sites. With Covid it was difficult because we couldn't go in a lot of the buildings, but Cody made up for it with his stories and history lessons. Jerome is such a unique little town with full of haunted history. The best part was the cemetery. It was super creepy and out in the middle of nowhere. I thoroughly enjoyed it overall! So the service alone is amazing I accidentally booked my trip for Thursday instead of Friday so obviously I didn't show up on Thursday they called me I explained how I just picked the wrong day and they got me the next days same time no extra charge I mean you couldn't ask for better service. My tour guides name was Ginger and she was amazing we went to so many places and I learned so much history and it started off slow really was not hearing voices at first. But as we continue to explore I definitely got some voices I have to check my phone to see if I can hear more voices through my phone but I had a blast. I am definitely going to do this tour more especially once more things open up as I'm told they do a lot more things. I called to ask a few questions. The level of unprofessionalism this man portrays is beyond me. He is lucky he has, from what I've heard, great employees working for him to keep his business running. Reading his one star reviews and his replies just goes to prove this. As pictured, he failed to acknowledge that his own employee provided someone with a coupon and took it out on a customer. And offended a whole nationality (Sri Lankan) to try to get a point across. Pure failure of customer service and communication. Don't deal with tourists/people in general if you don't know how to act at 8 am. The industry is not for you. Would never support the business of such an ignorant, racist, and uneducated man. We felt so lucky because we were upgraded from a walking to a driving tour. My suggestion for everyone is to do the driving tour because Jerome is a very steep hill. The tour was amazing and very interesting. The cemetery tour with the EMF emitters was the highlight. Definitely spooky and interesting. The tour guide was super knowledgeable and friendly which made the experience even better! I highly recommend this tour company and the experience in Jerome. Definitely highly recommended spending the extra money for the van tour than the walking tour. read more

Was visiting Jerome and of course wanted to do a ghost tour. I realized I had booked it for Thursday but I meant to book it for Wednesday, so I called and spoke to Greta (I think that was her name). She was so nice and accommodating and got us changed over to the Wednesday tour! Great communication! I've done several ghost tours in different cities but usually it's just walking around and hearing stories and history about the locations. This tour we were given EVP and Voice Box machines to use. DAVE WAS AWESOME! I was actually very freaked out and he stuck close to us and made sure to explain everything to us and answer any questions we had. It was 4 of of us plus Dave so 5 total. The small group size gave us plenty of time to ask questions and take our time at the two locations. It was very creepy and we definitely experienced some strange things! Thanks so much, Dave! We loved this tour! We have been to Jerome on many occasions, but the history we learned on this tour about the town was amazing! Makes us appreciate this unique mining town even more, as it is not only beautiful but very historic...and of course, haunted!! Our tour guide, Brandon, was fantastic with a ton of interesting folklore, including plenty of stories about mayhem and murder in Jerome's past! This was a fantastic tour! We visited Jerome a few years ago but learned so much more from Scott! It was worth every penny!

We decided to take a walking tour and our guide was TAYLOR BANKS. Taylor was amazing, his knowledge of this town is far surpassed anyone I've talked to. This is a quaint little hippie town, Jerome, AZ used to be a mining town and now is haunted. There are amazing shops, food, bars, lots of fun and excitement. The town has a rich history with lots of stories from the early 1900s to present day. This was our second trip to Jerome and the first time we decided to dive into the history of the town. Taylor Banks takes you through some buildings and has stories to share that will make your hair stand up. The Grand Hotel, the old church, the old theater, the history of the changes in the town, the buildings, the streets and sidewalks, all have a story that Taylor has extensive knowledge on. I highly recommend coming to Jerome, if you can stay for more then a day, it will be worth your time. Also, go here and ask for Taylor Banks and he will be more then happy to share with you and, you will have a great time. We will be back and next time we will stay for a few days to really enjoy all that Jerome has to offer including some more discussions with Taylor. ABSOLUTELY recommend this tour company, and if you can, take it with Taylor! In fact, since we're going to be in the area for quite some time, we're considering coming back for another one of the company's tours and we'd definitely seek out Taylor again. Last night we called around 6pm to go on a guided ghost town tour of Jerome and were kindly accommodated for an 8pm tour. It was spitting rain a little so Taylor took us in the shuttle around town, but as the rain stopped, we got out and explored all the sites. It continued to lightning and there was distant thunder, the moon peeking out from behind some clouds. It truly was the perfect ambience for a creepy, quiet night in Jerome. If you can take a night tour, I'd really recommend it before considering a day tour. We went up to the old surgeon's house, the Grand Hotel, the old Jerome high school (now turned into various art studios), an eerie, odd old graveyard site back over the hills, some older historic buildings throughout the town, and finally the old red light district. Taylor was incredibly knowledgeable and it was easy to trust what he was telling us, as it was very obvious he thoroughly enjoys studying the area and explained to us how he went out of his way to research very specific topics about the city. He also has been a tour guide in various places for quite some time, and his experience shines through. Taylor kindly lit up our path in the graveyard with black lights so we would not have any unfortunate encounters with scorpions (wear sneakers and long pants on the tour if you brought them!) We are ones for ghost and history tours everywhere we go, even at home, and I have to say this may very well have been the best one yet! PS- The Grand Hotel no longer offers tours inside the hotel (which we did in past years). read more

First of all, park on Main st. Better chance of spottting a ghost than a parking spot here. We booked through them due to a crowd of 3 and Living Social deals for 2 or 4 at same price per person. We chose the twilight time of 6 and the light was a nice added touch for pictures. We had Brent as a tour guide who was both knowledgeable and/ or good story teller. We did not have the EMF meters, and spent more time talking then playing with them. We got a nice easy ride, little walking at Douglas mine and high school. We got the stories of the copper Baron, women of the night, and death in the 'wildest town in the west'. The high school has an eerie feeling as soon as you walked in. We had a super time last night in Jerome on our ghost tour. We felt the use of the equipment kind of interrupts the tour. Our guide was so good that we could have listened to him the entire time and would have been more content than walking around aimlessly trying to contact uninterested ghosts. My sons and I went on the Jerome Ghost Adventure. We booked over the phone and the guy I worked with was really helpful and courteous. I originally booked the Haunted History Tour, however, when we arrived we decided to upgrade to the Jerome Ghost Adventure. The ladies at the front desk were also really helpful and courteous. The tour was a good mix of history and spirit tour. Brett was our guide and he was really friendly, knowledgeable and entertaining. This tour was 2 hours long and we rode through the town with Brett providing historical perspective along the way with many fun facts about the town and history. We were definitely skeptical going in and we didn't experience anything that changed that, however, it was entertaining and we enjoyed the experience. Jerome is a great spot for a vacation destination and going on one of these tours should definitely be part of the experience! read more
