It was incredibly creative, made an amazing presentation and was mouth-watering good. I have high standards and especially with fish. The other dishes were all amazing and we still talk about them today. Aside from the top-notch quality, Terri was very responsive in communications and her whole staff is a pleasure to be with. Another bonus was that Michelle even cleaned up the kitchen afterwards (my least favorite thing to do after cooking). I cannot say enough good things about her cooking lessons.
