Michelle set up the entire buffet with disposable chafing dishes and sterno and everything stayed warm and delicious. Our menu was a 5 star Greek salad with strawberries and feta, grilled vegetables, penne with red peppers and basil cream sauce, mashed red skin potatoes and rolled chicken breast stuffed with mushrooms in a cream sauce.
