He recommended sending an email with description and pictures explaining what part I needed, waiting 4-5 business days, then calling the number and reminding them that I had already sent an email... Wow, okay. So I write an email, wait about a week, and call the phone number to talk to a rep. Well, you don't actually get a rep, you get an answer machine where for the first 5 minutes they tell you to hang up and send them an email instead. I left a voicemail explaining I had sent an email already and just wanted to follow up. The voicemail system says to expect a call back within 24 hours, which never happened. Granted I was just looking for a replacement part for a used playset. However, now that I see how their customer service works, I would never consider buying one of their units. They claim to pride themselves in their fantastic warranties that they offer, I can't even begin to imagine how difficult it would be to actually have a problem fixed if something came up.
