Extremely Disappointed - Heels Damaged After One Wear I ordered a new pair of G-Franco heels and wore them for the first time at a salsa social. I was only wearing them for less than three hours, and already both heel tips were completely destroyed and the sole was ripped. These heels are not cheap, and I expected them to be high quality--especially for dancing. Instead, they ruined my night because I couldn't continue dancing once they were damaged. When I contacted G-Franco, they did agree to refund me--but I still had to pay for return shipping out of pocket, which I find unfair given that the shoes were clearly defective. I'm extremely disappointed and do not recommend this brand at all. read more

Do not buy the GFranco Reflex dance shoes! I forgot my fuegos at a dance festival and they had a booth set up and I purchased a pair of Reflex's for $115. They are so miserable to dance in. The sole is so uncomfortable, stiff, and thick that they are not at all flexible it feels like concrete. They definitely should reconsider the design of this shoe. I couldn't return them because I never received a receipt. read more

I normally do not do reviews. This time is totally worth it. I bought 3 pairs of shoes from G-Franco Shows. One pair came out defective. On the first time I used them, the cap from the heal came off in pieces. I took it back to them and they replaced the cap. Two weeks later the strap from the side came off and the side of the shoe was completely ripped. I have not used the shoes more than twice after the repair of the cap. I took it back and they said they can only repair it. Why in the world I would want to keep a shoe showing the bad quality of the make of the shoe when I paid $130 for new shoes not defective ones. I think. I am a Hispanic women and do know my people. The owner is Hispanic and has very bad habits of Latin business owners. if this was my business, I would do anything to keep a client that purchased 3 Pairs within 1 month. Too bad they didn't do that. I will of course file a complain with the better business beuro. rest assured I will not only not recommend their shoes but will post notices in all the colleges dance departments and any private dance studios I know near Oceanside and Claremont. social media maybe too. read more

Sebastian is wonderful! My friend Aisha & I drove from LA at the last minute and they stayed open just for us! We arrived 15 minutes before closing & ended up buying 7 pairs of dance shoes: Sebastian helped with every shoe, punched holes in the straps, adjusted the fit, trimmed the excess - all with a smile! I ordered a pair of heels for my performance dance team a few weeks ago, and they sent me a shoe box containing two right shoes. I, like many people. have one left foot and one right foot so obviously this mistake wasn't going to work out. The company could have easily opened the order and checked BEFORE they sent it out. Instead, the extra time to wait for the new order of shoes cost me time that I could have spent breaking in the shoes before my performance. The shoes themselves (sunset heel, 3 1/4 inch heel) are very nice but a little narrow on my feet. I had to bring them to a shoe repair place to expand the toe area...otherwise I might have wanted to chop my pinky toes off. As an apology, the company threw in something called a "poclet"- a rhinestone bracelet with pocket space for an ID and a credit card. The concept makes sense but I would never actually wear it lol. Overall, I am glad the company made amends to get the order correct the second time. But time is money when dance season is on, so overall the timing was the biggest issue. read more

My review is for their cheap quality pocklets (bracelets with a pocket). Those things run for $25 a piece, which is a complete RIP-OFF! I bought two, and after the first time wearing them, the little studs came off. One of them was worse than the other (See pics). They are not comfortable at all and they are way overpriced! You're better off buying a comfortable wrist wallet on Amazon for $10 like the one I'm wearing in my picture. That one is stretchy and soft. read more

I own the Eclipse, Sin City, South Beach and Urbanos. A couple of the styles are older but I love them all! They are super cute and comfortable. I can dance in them all night and my feet don't hurt. The Urbanos are dance and outdoor shoes which I love! The shoes are also a good price. Their customer service is really good - friendly and helpful. read more

I bought a few pairs of shows during the last two years. The price is too high for the quality. All of them usually worn out after up to 6 months. If you order online you should know that there is a total mess with sizing. You will never know if those shows are running small or big. And the difference is not predictable. The shipping cost is $11, and $8 is an exchange fee. That's why you just will lose a lot of money shipping them back and forth. read more

AMAZING SHOES! LOVE LOVE THEIR SHOES! But, they do not treat their exchanges as serious as their purchases. Not only did I have to REMIND them almost 3 weeks after they recieved my exchange that they did not send my exchange out, but they sent 1 out of 3 exchanged shoes out then I had to remind them AGAIN that they didn't send the last 2 shoes out. I run a dance company and even though this might not become common practice for them I AM FURIOUS! 2 of my students had to perform in old run down shoes because of this issue and I had to deal with this complaint. Never had this issue with buying from competitors. I hope in the future nobody else has to deal with this because it is sad. read more

Then I found GFranco shoes and they are just amazing, comfortable, fit you as you expect, you can dance all night long in them and of course your feet are gonna hurt but with some rest they are gonna get good again. I bought my first pair of dance shoes for Salsa and Bachata from GFranco Dance Shoes at a dance festival. Dance shoes like jazz, tap or ballet are specifically designed for turns and gliding on dance floor surfaces. They have a suede sole and and straps to hold my feet in place. I am glad I purchased my shoes from this vendor because the quality of shoes and service were worth the price. I also received a neat backpack to store and transport my shoes in. I know I will probably buy another pair of dance shoes in the future. read more

I give it two stars because the shoes looked cute. But for the price of $120, I was hoping for great quality. I have $30 salsa shoes that were better quality than these shoes. The shoes I got felt wobbly and have very poor foot support. I keep feeling like I was going to go off balance and fall flat on my face while salsa dancing on these shoes because they didn't feel sturdy. I already had to stop dancing after less than an hour because my feet were crying. I have shoes that let me dance with minimal break for at least 3 hours. For the amount of money these shoes cost, they are horrible quality. My shoes barely last 6 months, and I was dancing mainly in an indoor studio. Sole of shoe coming off, the heel completely worn out so I feel the metal when stepping, stretched out and unsupportive. You're better off ordering from wish.com for better quality at a fraction of the cost. Wish I could attach photos here. I placed an order online two weeks ago and I still havent received my order. So I emailed customer service and get a reponse 1 day later asking me for an order number. They never sent an order number or an email, yet my cc company says they got paid. I went back and forth with them for 4 days and they still havent refunded me or sent my order. I have to file a dispute with my cc company because gfrancos customer service doesnt know what they are doing. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this company. read more
