I'm very impressed with Gforce services. I took my broken 9bot e-scooter to them. They warned me they were VERY busy - the only place close to downtown Atlanta that will fix electrical problems. It took a total of about 3-4 weeks for it to be fixed, which seems very reasonable to me. I'm not sure why people would give them a bad review for a long wait when they are up front about it. David was incredibly professional, down to earth, and great with communication with every step of the repair. I would 100% recommend Gforce to anyone with electrical issues with an ebike or escooter. read more

This place is an absolute Godsend. Take a visit to any one of the pretentious, demeaning and overpriced belt line bike shops (all of them) and ask them to fix a scooter. They look at you like you've walked into the wrong neighborhood. Take a visit to G-force and you're met with super nice, super capable people who know how to fix things - and for a reasonable price. I took my electric bike to them on june 23, and hey told me it would be 2 weeks before they can get to it i called to check on my bike twice and they had not got to it yet so i went and got my bike yesterday and also i seem plenty of bikes and scooters with tickets on them that's waiting on repairs just sitting their so please don't take your bike them cause you will be forever waiting for them to fix it !! read more

I dropped of my bike battery at GForce 10 days ago and still haven't been given an update. I called after a week and asked for an update and they said they would let me know in a couple days. That was 4 days ago. I just called at 12:16pm on a Thursday and they didn't answer. I'm very annoyed that they haven't gotten back to me yet with an update when they said they would and it's hard to get a hold of them. Perhaps they are busy enough and don't really need my business. I wonder if there are other battery fixers around Atlanta? Probably not. read more

My son bought a bike from gforce six weeks ago. It stopped working after week one. I tried to call the company and found that they have a number that does not work( tried calling today and the number still does not work) Then, I submitted a request on the website for customer service/technical support help. it took a week and a half for someone to get back to me once they got back to me, they said they would send me the part. I've provided pictures of the part needed, serial number of the bike, descriptions. And then weeks went by and I was going back-and-forth with them about where the part was and the tracking number. I finally got a tracking number and received a part in the mail. It was the wrong part that they sent me after all the information that I provided for them!!! I know started calling and emailing again and have been ghosted by the company. They have not returned any of my emails or said that they would send me the correct part after reading five weeks. My son has now gone weeks without being able to ride his bike. During this time, I had asked on several occasions through email to return the bike. This request was never granted or acknowledged, and was told that I would be getting the part shortly. This company has been horrible to deal with throughout this process. My son saved up $1800 to buy an E bike himself. Birthday money, Christmas money, chores for family and friends to be able to buy this himself and now he still has nothing to ride. Please!!! Do not buy from this company. They don't stand behind their warranty, they do not have a working number, and will give you the run around if the bike has any issues. read more

I was in the market for an electric bike but also had been carrying around my Dad's vintage 1955 Craftsman electric Drill for months hoping to find someone who could get it running again after a TASK RABBIT broke it. This review is for GUY who was so amazing and kind and friendly. He showed me three e-bikes and fixed my Dad's drill. The sound of it running again really took me back to my Dad's workshop when he was alive, and the kindness of Guy to even attempt it (rather than saying the typical dismissive "NO we don't work on those") was the kind of service you just do not see anymore. It was the kind of true customer service my father, Malcolm G Freeman would have appreciated. Harkens back to the days of Smith Ace Hardware in Decatur. Anyway, big shout out to Guy at GForce and wishing him and GForce ya happy new year. Owner, please give Guy a raise! read more

These bikes seem great till you need customer service from G Force. Mine is throwing a error 30 code ruined the trip I bought it for and no help from customer service. Do not call the number you will not get a response and email customer service will give you the run around. My bike had 23 miles on it. Buy another bike. read more

I found this place when I was just looking for bike repair shops in my area. The location on the map for some reason is incorrect so I couldn't find it initially. It is actually in the shopping center on the corner of Broad St and Peachtree Industrial Blvd, right next door to Sherwin Williams paint store, across the street from Chick-fil-A. The name says Gforce Electric Bikes and Scooter but in addition to selling electric bikes and scooters, they sell and service vacuum cleaners. I had gone to get a flat tire for my bicycle repaired. The service was pretty fast and the staff was friendly. Over all, I would go back based on the convenient location and the fast and friendly service but... Word of caution: If you are going to get anything repaired, do ask about what work needs to be done to whatever you are bringing in for repair and an estimate of what the cost will be BEFORE they begin working so that you know if the cost fits within your budget. Gforce is not that great about communicating costs up-front and many times with repairs shops will charge for labor AND parts. While the service that Gforce provided was good, I didn't expect to pay $40 for my bicycle tire to be repaired but the tech only had a higher-end tube. Had I known that, I may have brought in a cheaper tube and just paid for labor. read more

I brought in a vacuum that had a carpet attachment that was not receiving power. They called to say it was ready. I was told that "one of the three on/off switches was in the off position" over the phone. There is the main ON switch on the canister, the ON switch on the connecting pole, and the ON switch on the attachment. Supposedly the pole switch was off. I was also told the charge was $39.95 on the phone, when I was originally told that they had a free diagnostics check when I brought it in. Hmmm. When I went to pick up the vacuum, the "technician" who supposedly worked on the vacuum was not there. He had already left for the day.... Once in the store, I was told by another rep that the technician did in fact open the attachment and work on it for 1/2 an hour. I feel this just does not add up. If I made the bone-head mistake of having a switch off, be straight up and tell me, and maybe charge me $20 and explain that you are cutting me a break because of my mistake. As a first time customer, with other repair options, I just did not like how they did business and will not return. read more

It's not closed ( been open for 7 yrs...owner told me they had a fire on 2010...that Yelper showed up after fire, I guess) This place has a great selection of electric scooters and ebikes. I had looked online for a unique size....Gforce stocks exactly what I was looking for.... mid drive ebikes for middle school kids/petite female. ebikes are heavier, so it needed to be smaller...a seat that went down to 31"....presto, great looking Anbike Ebic- 24" wheel MID DRIVE...and Anbike Ebic folding 20" wheel mid drive.... both under that $2K price point...perfect! Edward, the owner, encouraged me to take them on test ride around the area...ideal area to ride in, a good hill to test the power....bought 1 of each. read more

I've gotten to know the owner, Edwardo Guzman, since looking for mid drive bikes that weren't ridiculously priced. I live on The Beltline and wanted to make an adventure well beyond just that stretch of a few miles. The Atl can take it out of you, especially on the way back, if trekking to cool hang out areas over 5 miles away. I had taken a couple ebike adventures before, throwing back a few coldies..... Good combo!! I researched other mid drives and Gforce has a good selection. Got the Ebic. Good power. The whole mid drive technology seems to be the way to go. This Ebic is solid and not off the charts price wise. Ran out to Decatur today...could of gone to Stone Mtn....Awesome! Gforce...u rock! read more
