The staff that work here are amazing! The one guy who works at the counter pretty much knows what I'm getting, since I get the same stuff all the time. The guys who work in the yard/warehouse are super friendly, the one guys is always like, "What's up pappi!" you'll know who I'm taking about. Holy crap, these guys are efficient! I'll give you an example of time spent on a typical visit here. 5 minutes ordering what I need. 5 minutes picking it up in the yard/warehouse. Total time: 10 minutes - boom! This is a place that has what I need, with fast and friendly service! I'm always happy to come here!

This was hands down one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. The female rep I dealt with after that wasn't any better -- she just refused to help. To make it worse, I found out their pricing isn't even consistent. One salesperson gives you one number, another gives you something completely different for the same product. That's shady and unprofessional. There are plenty of other masonry supply shops in the area where the staff actually treat you with respect and prices are clear and fair. Athenia Masonry is not worth your time, your money, or your patience.

After the truck poured all the concrete it had, there was still half a yard missing. In short they will charge you for 3 YDs and send a truck with 2 YDs! My masonry contractor said he knows other contractors to whom this happened as well. He even mentioned to their management that their concrete machine is not properly calibrated and is pouring less concrete then it should. Obviously they never fixed it as this is their scam! I am reporting it not to the Better Business Bureau. And just like most other people here suggest: Just go to Athenia Building Supply, right around the corner. Same prices (sometimes better), just as much variety and most importantly: HONEST!!!

RUN!!! DON'T WALK AWAY FROM FUDA. The worst experience I have ever had with a company. A picture…read moresays a thousand words right? Well take a look at these. Picked out blue pearl granite for kitchen countertops. Fuda decided to install two separate colors (the one on the left is "blue pearl, gray and black" the one on the right "not our pick" is brown, gray and black). After catching the switch on the same day of installation their installers and Bob from Fuda gave me the excuse that it was wet, its the nature light or, its the artificial light that makes me see a different color REALLY. After repeated and I mean repeated phone calls for 10 days and threats of a lawsuit they removed the granite and after more cat and mouse games with FUDA we were finally refunded our money. So don't believe what they tell you and know your legal rights!
