After a…read morevery negative experience with a contractor who left us high and dry, I stopped at the Emerson location in the hopes of trying to track down some missing materials that the contractor promised he had ordered months ago. As I suspected, the materials had never been ordered. Upon hearing this, Kevin, Chris, and Jeff very easily could have wished me well and sent me on my way. Instead, what they did was above and beyond. They turned a very negative experience into some thing truly amazing. Even though the store was quite busy, they took the time to listen and helped me troubleshoot. Then, they reached out to a local contractor (Karl Drehwing) to see if he might be able to help us out despite being incredibly busy. Karl arranged for a few of his guys to come and help us. (Thank you Justin, Jared, and Greg). They did amazing work. Prior to their arrival at our house, Chris worked closely with me and Karl to get the materials needed. Chris was extremely patient; again going above and beyond. Both Chris and Jeff continued to reach out to me throughout the process to make sure all was going well. Because of their kindness, my family will be able to enjoy Christmas in a house that is warm (literally) and put back together! My family and I will be forever grateful! Thank you for making such a difference by taking the time to care.

From the start, the quality was disappointing. Some of the handles had stripped screw holes, and there were cracks on the inside back of the cabinet. The storage drawer for trash and recycling was busted from day one--we couldn't even open it fully, and when we reached out for help, the only advice we got was to "just give it a good yank." After doing so, the soft-close feature completely stopped working. It also took months to get a technician to replace the kitchen vent, which turned out to be a mismatched size, causing even more issues. Overall, Home Supply's service falls short. When we reported the issues, we were brushed off, and the staff seemed indifferent unless you were there to buy more products. A very disappointing experience.

Inside, they have a very large multi story space in with a countless number of options. We were approached by salesman Dan, who showed us many options and ideas. We were looking for a wood plank style porcelain tile for the floor and we found it in the second floor. After we settled on the wall tiles, he gave us samples to take home. The rest of our correspondence was through e-mail, exchanging square footage and elevation drawings for quotes. After some back and forth we settled on the price and I approved the order. The order was ready to be picked up the next day so I went and paid. Then the pickup was located around the back at their warehouse. Everyone's order was shrinkwrapped and laid on wood palettes. The guy got mine down with a forklift and then helped unpack and unload them off the palette and helped carry them into my car trunk. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend this place for your tiling needs.

She really took the time to help us sift through all the different tiles the showroom had to offer. The service was much better than any of my experiences at big box home improvement stores. Our tile was special order, so they took down our number and stated they would call us when it came in. They never called, and we had to follow up with them. The prices here are definitely much higher than you would pay anywhere else. As far as quality goes, I think it really depends on what you are looking for. Our order was a simple backsplash type tile, which I'm sure you could basically get the identical type quality at Home Depot. They have A LOT more to choose from here and much better service!

They had beaten the price by three dollars per square foot for people in the business. They will understand how big of a deal that is. This isn't a small number. I had purchased over 425 square feet and approximately 20 linear feet. This saved me over $1200.00 which will cover the cost of my custom fire pit. The drawers on the big one are misaligned. They even installed top drawers in the exact spot where the sinks go, even though we bought the sinks and tops from them at the same time. Our contractor had to tear the drawers apart and reattach the fronts just to make the vanities usable. What is also interesting, when we ordered it, the salesperson did hand-drawing of the big vanity. This drawing is probably the only blueprint that was used during manufacturing. The paint on the edges is already wearing off. There are a couple of places where the primer is showing through. And the vanities we received look somewhat different from the showroom models, which had tight, clean gaps, not the big, uneven ones we got. We even stopped by the store to show them the issues. The person who took our order said she would send someone to our home to look at the problems. We never heard from her again. To be fair, the countertops are exceptionally good. But as we understand it, they are manufactured and installed by a different company that Paramus Kitchen & Bath subcontracts. After vanities were installed, they came to our home, took all the measurements, then in a few days they came again and installed countertops. Top quality. Out of our entire renovation, buying from Paramus Kitchen & Bath was the biggest mistake we made.
