From the start, the quality was disappointing. Some of the handles had stripped screw holes, and there were cracks on the inside back of the cabinet. The storage drawer for trash and recycling was busted from day one--we couldn't even open it fully, and when we reached out for help, the only advice we got was to "just give it a good yank." After doing so, the soft-close feature completely stopped working. It also took months to get a technician to replace the kitchen vent, which turned out to be a mismatched size, causing even more issues. Overall, Home Supply's service falls short. When we reported the issues, we were brushed off, and the staff seemed indifferent unless you were there to buy more products. A very disappointing experience.

Charlie and Christy were truly amazing throughout the entire process. They spent countless hours in meetings, phone calls, and emails perfecting every detail with us. Patiently walking us through each step and answering all of our questions (even the ones we asked more than once!). Their expertise and guidance were invaluable.  Charlie and Christy's friendly personalities coupled with their attention to detail made us feel comfortable throughout the process.   The dynamic duo struck the perfect balance between listening to our vision and offering thoughtful suggestions to elevate the final design. They are fair in pricing and didn't push us in the more expensive direction.  Thanks to their hard work and dedication, our kitchen turned out perfectly. Their guidance allowed the kitchen's end result to combine our desired traditional feel with selectively chosen modern highlights. We're very grateful to have worked with such a professional, kind, and talented team. We highly recommend Home Supply.  In fact if you don't use Home Supply you are making a mistake.

His designer Gianna is fantastic at what she does and put the design model together flawlessly. His workers are true experienced tradesman that pay attention to every little detail. All of the edging, tile work, floor work, and cabinet handing came out to perfection. Lastly pantheons prices are insanely fair. I got 3 estimates as I recommend anyone do and his was the lowest especially considering what he installed. The granite is great quality and all cabinets are dovetail jointed, 3/4" drawers, ball bearing rollouts and soft close hinges. I would recommend pantheon to anyone looking to have their kitchen redone. High quality materials, high quality work, good turn around time and super fair prices. Thank you!!

Over forty (40) plus years, we have hired a few contractors to do intermediate and major repair work. I hired Pantheon to renovate one of our homes. The project took approximately three (3) months to complete. Without question, Pantheon is the best construction company we have ever done business with. 1. Pantheon showed up to work on our renovation every day at 8AM. 2. They made recommendation that saved us money and add-on's we never though of. 3. Their finish carpenters were the best pros I've ever encountered. Pantheon recently sent a carpenter, back to our home, to repair a folding door that they hung. The door had been manufactured with three (3) undersized hinges. They replaced the hinges with the correct ones and re-hung the door panel AT NO CHARGE! We live over one hour away from their office.... WOW! Alan & Bonnie K

Trade Mark Interiors renovated our kitchen and bathrooms and we couldn't be happier…read more Not only did I need to find a reputable contractor to completely renovate our kitchen, but also someone who was able to identify and fix all of the deficiencies left by our previous contractor. After an agonizing 3-year ordeal with our previous Englewood Cliffs-based designer/contract, we were left with leaking showers, loose tiles, and a non-working radiant floor heating system. I met with at least 4 different contractors, checked references, portfolios, and assessed the design ability of each. Ultimately, I selected Trade Mark Interiors based in Hawthorne, NJ. Owners Paul and Dan and their team were first tasked with fixing our bathrooms. What started out as replacing loose tiles quickly turned into the discovery of mold from incorrectly installed showers. The scope of work transitioned into an entire gut-job with remediation. Although this took more time than we initially thought, had it not been for their thorough exploratory work, we would never have known that mold was infiltrating both bathrooms. The bathrooms turned out great with a noticeable difference in workmanship. The larger, more exciting project was our Kitchen Remodel and Home Bar! Paul met with our designer and offered a variety of materials and styles from which to choose. We wanted something unique and modern, rather than traditional and boring, and Trade Mark exceeded our expectations. The sourcing of such unique materials as wood from a recently dismantled barn in the midwest, to a modern zinc encased resin countertop, really gave Trade Mark an edge over other run-of-the-mill kitchen contractors. Their workmanship and attention to detail was remarkable and it was refreshing to have the same workers in our home day after day (our previous contractor subbed everything out to countless different companies). Throughout the project, Paul and his team were in constant communication through their project management application. This ensured that all concerns and requests were met, right down to the last detail. The photos of our kitchen and bar speak for themselves, but needless to say, we are extremely happy with the finished products. There are so many contractors in Northern Jersey who cut corners to make a quick buck. We found ourselves in that mess with our first contractor. Fortunately, Trade Mark has proven to be reasonable, honest, and very talented. Based on our experience, I strongly recommend consulting with Paul for your Kitchen renovation!

Since this was a brand new room we were creating our we had a "dream bathroom" in mind and it turned out even better than we imagined. Their workers are fantastic, the same people throughout the entirety of the job so we always felt comfortable with them in our home. Their work is top quality and I really appreciated how impeccably clean they always left the worksite. Trade Mark really leads with service - anytime I wanted to change or modify something they were always accommodating and they truly expect perfection in their projects and settle for nothing less. After being so pleased with our bathroom we have already hired them again for another project in our home which to no surprise is coming along brilliantly. I highly recommend.

In good faith, my relative issued him a check for that full amount upfront. At first, they were not looking for a refund. They simply expected Mr. Pica to return and complete the work as agreed. However, after receiving payment, he never came back. Despite waiting a significant amount of time and making multiple calls, no work was started. When finally pressed for answers, Mr. Pica claimed he had purchased materials, but instead of taking responsibility, he behaved as though the delay and lack of work were somehow the customer's problem. When asked for a resolution, he stated he would only return $5,000, keeping $2,000 for his "time," and refused to do anything further. Since then, there has been no response, no phone call, no correspondence, and no refund of any sort. Mr. Pica took the money and disappeared. Shame on him for taking advantage of elderly customers who entered into this agreement in good faith. It is despicable and deplorable that a supposed legitimate businessman would conduct himself in this manner. I strongly advise the public to avoid doing business with Artistic Kitchens and Baths or John Pica. This has been a horrible, dishonest, and predatory experience.
