I took my vehicle to this dealership, trusting that I'd receive high-quality service. Instead, what I got was pure negligence that could have cost me my life and endangered countless others. The dealership failed to properly secure my tire during service and do a proper oil change. Simple and routine maintenance on any vehicle. As a result, the tire studs was stripped along the sides unknowingly and eventually completely fell off my car while I was driving down the road. The damage to my rim and the situation itself were terrifying. The thought of what could have happened--to me or others on the road--still haunts me. This is not the level of service anyone would expect, especially from a dealership. What's even more disappointing is how this was handled afterward. Barely an apology with all the "fixing" to ensure things right to be utterly false. I was even misled about the service supposedly being done both times "correctly"--when clearly, it was not. I'm sharing this to warn others about this dealership and their shocking disregard for basic safety standards. I've attached photos of the damage so you can see just how serious this situation was. He went to Paul West to get a car because their dealership caters to people with low and/or no credit and low income. Within 40 days, his touchscreen didn't work, his air stop working, and today his car won't even crank. Since we've had so many issues in such a short time, I didn't think it was being unfair to ask for his $3000 down payment back, and return the car. Mr. West again asked for a chance to fix the car. He refuse to give the money back, insisting that we allow him a chance to fix it. Unfortunately, we will have to take legal action as he did not take the opportunity to see what was wrong with it when it came to his lot. My son has lost wages, been stranded, and expected to ride around in a hot car in Florida during the summer (without no regards to how he has been inconvenienced). If you are looking to make a purchase with this dealer, be sure to have legal representation, as if you really need a car it may work against you especially if you aren't financially able to acquire legal services.

I must've reached out to him at least five times between Friday at 9 AM and Saturday afternoon. He told me that I need to speak to the sales manager, a person named Greg. I did speak with Greg and he requested photos of my car. The VIN number mileage the usual information. He provided a number so that I could text the photos. After several hours with no response, I called the dealership and got voicemail. Greg did call me, saying he would reach back out late Saturday afternoon. I made several additional calls to the dealership which went unanswered. I reached out via text message to Mr. Maddux late in the evening he did not answer, but respond to via text saying that he was at mass with his family celebrating Easter. I responded by letting him know that "Greg", said he will call me back and I have not gotten his call. Mr. Maddux's response was " I'm sure he'll call you when he can." I have to say I am very disappointed with my experience. I often read the reviews before deciding to deal with an establishment, and my experience is total opposite of the reviews I've read! I'm not sure. Maybe this is a one off but come this should not be happening. I'm sure the owner is not putting this out as their business model.
