I began reaching out to Audi Gainesville on Good Friday @ 9am, to purchase an Audi A6 Prestige. I spoke with Colton Maddux. He requested I send him certain PII which I sent him immediately. Unfortunately, the process failed from that point. Mr. Maddux became unresponsive and informing me that they were very busy. I must've reached out to him at least five times between Friday at 9 AM and Saturday afternoon. He told me that I need to speak to the sales manager, a person named Greg. I did speak with Greg and he requested photos of my car. The VIN number mileage the usual information. He provided a number so that I could text the photos. After several hours with no response, I called the dealership and got voicemail. Greg did call me, saying he would reach back out late Saturday afternoon. I made several additional calls to the dealership which went unanswered. I reached out via text message to Mr. Maddux late in the evening he did not answer, but respond to via text saying that he was at mass with his family celebrating Easter. I responded by letting him know that "Greg", said he will call me back and I have not gotten his call. Mr. Maddux's response was " I'm sure he'll call you when he can." I have to say I am very disappointed with my experience. I often read the reviews before deciding to deal with an establishment, and my experience is total opposite of the reviews I've read! I'm not sure. Maybe this is a one off but come this should not be happening. I'm sure the owner is not putting this out as their business model. read more

My 2016 Audi Q5 key fob battery was dying, so I visited the Gainesville Audi dealership when I was visiting family. I pulled into the service area and was greeted by Devin, who listened to my issues I was having with the key fob. Devin was friendly, professional, and educated me on how to tell that the key fob battery is dying, and taught me exactly how to fix it. She told me what battery to use and changed it for free for me! I was extremely pleased with the lesson, and the complimentary battery. The showroom of cars was immaculate, with each car donning a beautiful bow, just in time for the holidays. They even had a cool older model car with fake snow on the hood and presents in the back! I spoke with a salesman, Tom Rabe about the newer models and compared them to other brands. I've known Tom for over 20 years, so it was great to catch up with him. I'll be sure to check out this dealership when I'm in the market for a new Audi, and anytime i am in town and need my car serviced. read more

I have already reviewed this dealership and was highly impressed. I have a lot of experience in buying upscale cars. When they first opened, I figured they were on their best behavior and in fact both sales and service were a pleasure to deal with. I fully expected that as the years progressed their standards would slip somewhat. They didn't. In fact, dealing with Audi Gainesville just got better and better. I am now on my 4th Audi, 3 from Audi Gainesville. Here are the high points: 1. I live in Tallahassee and was hesitant at first to buy a car from a dealership halfway down the State. But Audis are great cars and Tallahassee has no Audi dealership. I found that servicing the car(s) was easier than having a hometown dealer. Gainesville Audi will drive up a brand new Audi for your use and drive yours to the shop in Gainesville. Once repaired or serviced, your car is driven back to your driveway and the loaner taken back. The cost...zero (except maybe you should consider a real nice tip for the driver). 2. I buy my cars based heavily on the strength of the service department. This dealership has one of the best I've ever dealt with. They are competent, friendly, and never once suggested an unnecessary repair or maintenance item. I don't know where they found this service team, but it is a pleasure to deal with them and even though I am skeptical by nature, they have more than earned my trust. 3. Buying the car couldn't be easier. No significant dealer packs and even at the height of the pandemic, none of their cars sold over MSRP (unlike many other dealers). 4. "My" salesman is very knowledgeable about these cars. He is always available to teach me about the features of this car.. 5. The car I bought from them most recently is fairly rare in the US. My salesman located a beautiful example. As this model was selling for a price well over MSRP, I prepared myself to bite the bullet and pay the premium. They wouldn't sell over MSRP however and in addition I got a great deal. Needless to say, my undying gratitude. Hands down, best dealership I've ever dealt with. read more

I first got my A3 in Gainesville from another dealership and was lucky enough to work with the staff at Audi Gainesville. They helped me through repairs, were honest and an absolute joy to work with. I legitimately enjoyed coming in and talking with Devin or the other service providers. When I moved to South Florida, I realized truly how much I had taken a good, reliable dealership for granted. Not only were the dealerships in South Florida dishonest and rude, the price was 4x anything in Gainesville (diagnostic fee 380 vs 89 in Gainesville!). Having an emergency situation with my car and having to take It to a dealer in the area, they took advantage of me and didn't answer my questions. I called the Gainesville Audi and spoke with Patrick - even not being there, Patrick helped answer my questions, explain the problem that I was having and helped lead me in the right direction. He gave me suggestions (as I was facing a 5k repair) and truly helped talk me through the situation. Quite literally what pembroke pines audi failed to do. I'm grateful for Patrick taking the time out of his day to speak with me on the phone. For both him and Devin providing me with service during my time in Gainesville and going beyond their roles to assist me. Please don't hesitate to take your car here. read more

I live in a North Florida city that has a Porsche, Mercedes and BMW dealership. I have purchased at least one brand from the dealership through the years. In my opinion the dealership was sorely lacking in both sales and service. Then came the Covid pandemic. I went to my local Porsche dealer to buy a new 911. Pretty much a plain vanilla one. Still a nice car but honestly a dime a dozen. My local dealership wouldn't budge on a $20,000 add on, as well as thousands in extra "dealer prep" charges. Note that the 911 I wanted would be delivered to the Atlanta Experience Center, and never would be anywhere near the dealership prior to delivery. In addition, I personally don't know anyone who was offered a loaner car during service. The best the local dealership could do for them was to drop them off at Enterprise Car Rentals. So, having had two Audis previously, and had experienced Audi Gainesville's no pressure sales and highly competent service, I called down and spoke to Thomas Rabe, one of the salesmen. The car I was looking for, while not exactly a rare model, is exported in small enough numbers as to be a little hard to find. In contrast with the local Porsche dealer, who, it seems to me, gets very few allocations of any model but mostly base Macans, Audi had not one but 2 of these hard to find models (RS6 Avant). Here's the even nicer part, Audi Gainesville will not take advantage of a disaster like Covid to vastly raise their prices. To my knowledge, Audi Gainesville will not price a car over sticker. Good for them. And here's the best part for me, in the event my car needs service, Audi Gainesville will drive a nice new Audi from Gainesville to my driveway 2.5 hours away, pick up my car, and leave the loaner with me. When my car has been serviced, the process is reversed. They do not charge for this service, although I will tip the driver. For me, that's even better than having a local dealership. In short, I've owned many high end European cars in my life. I've learned that most brands are pretty nice. But ultimately it's the sales and service that make or break the experience. I have never been let down by Audi Gainesville. read more

Went well through a process of actually buying a used vehicle with a trade in, was pre-approved for a loan, had sent in DL information, license plate transfer, insurance information, and was ready to go pick up the vehicle. After texting with my salesperson went silent for a while, with no response, I was suddenly called and told "my manager just informed me the car has been sold by another salesperson." I was bummed, and didn't feel like is was the salesperson's fault, but hey, stuff happens. There are tons of vehicles and the right one will fall into place, no big deal. But I got a canned email several hours later telling me about a price change on that vehicle? This made me suspicious. Now, I can still find that same vehicle listed online? Something seems suspect. Are they discriminating against me for some reason? They didn't like that I had arranged financing another route? Never going to consider this dealership, now. I genuinely felt like the salesperson was trying her best and was being honest, and seemed frustrated by the manager not realizing that two salespeople were selling the same car. But something's odd about this. Oh well, I've moved on. And won't look back now that this review is done. Update: Yelp gives a default location if you don't enter one, I assume they use SF because perhaps, like many tech companies, they are HQ'd there? I am from 45 minutes away, not San Francisco. I've updated my location. I don't have any voicemails from any manager, or emails, that I can find. Not sure how he reached out. But I've already made a purchase at SE. read more

Buying my CFO 2021 Audi Q8 in September was very smooth and efficient, with delivery to St. Pete, Florida. That part of my experience was pleasant, and the sales and business department were very professional. However, I've had two issues thereafter, and am sorely disappointed with service. First, I had been overcharged around $1,200; Audi Gainesville took over three weeks to send to me my refund. And, when I first started the on-line/phone purchase process, I made it clear that the only part of the process that worried me was not being able to smell inside the car. The sales person assured me there were no problems. However, the car STILL has a strong cologne odor. Though I have repeatedly reported this problem to sale and service, no one has offered any solutions. My Q8 still has this problem. Daily I await help. read more

Drove from NC to Gainesville when tire pressure warning came on. Drove right to Audi service said tires were over inflated. Park car and then 2 days later started to drive. Tire looked fine went back to Audi and now they find a nail. Said they aren't allowed to patch. And they couldn't get a tire until Wednesday 5 pm. Told them I need to leave Wednesday to het home it's Monday 3 days to get a tire. They told me to go to goodyear to have patched. Goodyear and Audi in Wilmington from a picture said tire needs to be replaced. So i have to buy a tire that goodyear will have in tomorrow. Which even though its cover through Audi. This one won't be because from goodyear. If they had done there job on Thursday Audi could have had a tire delivered to Gainesville by today or tomorrow and I wouldn't be paying 400.00 for a tire that doesn't match but will get me home. Told her on Thursday I was going back to Wilmington and needed assurance tire was fine. When I left service Thursday afternoon I was given the tire is fine. Not. They will work with the insurance company, I don't need to do anything and when the windshield is available they will call me to replace it. But I waited almost 2 months. On February 8, 2021, I went and talked to customer service staff. staff didn't know anything, didn't remember what they said, They didn't call either. for the insurance company. And the staff told me that if you want to change the windshield, you have to pay more than $2000. I have car insurance, my car just bought 1 year old broken windshield. I purchased a used Jeep Grand Cherokee from Audi Gainesville. Though the purchase was more complicated than most, i attributed it to the holidays. This was a cash sale with trade. I also worked the purchase of 4 tires into the deal. After not hearing from anyone since the purchase on 12/23/2019, I received a call on 12/31 from my salesperson, Michael. He inquired about the tire size. I advised him that I would call him back with the information, but I also asked him how could they not know the tire size when they knew to charge me for the tires during the deal. After some stumbling around for an answer, I let it go. I called him back within an hour with the tire size. I was advised the tires would be in on Thursday 01/02/2020. I called him and left a message yesterday to inquire about bringing the vehicle in for the tires to be installed. No call back. I received a text over an hour later stating he would be at work in 40 minutes and would check and call me back. No call. No text. I sent another text around 11:30 asking is he had been able to check on the tires. I called around 1:00 and spoke to the receptionist regarding the tires. I advised her that I did not want to speak with the salesperson, but that I needed to speak with someone who could assist me. She advised that the salesperson was in parts checking on the tires (3 hours later). I received a text advising that he had customers back to back and had been slammed. He was waiting on the parts guys to get back from lunch. I replied that I was very displeased with the tire transaction and that I would be in the dealership by 2:30. I received a call from someone at the dealership advising that the wrong tires were ordered and that the correct tires would need to be ordered. (Sounds like more and more untruths to me, just be honest with customers). I advised that the entire process has been unacceptable and made me not believe anything I was being told. (You knew to charge me for tires, but the size was unknown? Was i potentially overcharged?) Though I was told that he would be the person that would communicate with me and that that salesperson handled the situation incorrectly , he would advise when the tires arrived for installation. He in addition offered to pick up my vehicle and leave me loaner while the tires are being installed. After much double talk with no real ending, I would NEVER recommend this dealership. read more

Truly amazing! I traded my X1 to a 2018 Q3 from another dealer. They went above and beyond to check everything, do a test ride, answer all the questions, etc. and since nothing was really wrong they we just honest. (I found out the previous dealer did not match the front tires, hum!) You can trust them. On top, they washed the car. While I was working they even offer me a more quiet room.
