No pressure sales! No salesman approached me. I picked the vehicle I liked then went inside. Found the price list on a table inside. Took it for a long test drive! Bought it. Traded in the car I drove there! Bing, Bang, Boom! Done LOVE MY MALIBU! Anette McGee

Couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience. Everyone was super friendly and knowledgeable and there's no haggling or bulls*** dealer fees. I was pre-approved by my credit union, so after finding the car I wanted it literally took like 15 minutes to do all the paperwork. This is legit the only used car place I would trust in Gainesville.

The best dealer around. Purchase a new truck with Justin. Great customer service. This is our second purchase from SE Cars and it will not be the last. Love the no hassle from here. Great atmosphere. Husband loves his truck!!

After crashing my car, being on the phone with insurance all day the following day, then working a night shift, the last thing I wanted to do was go car shopping. I had heard great things about Southeast and decided to just go look, as I had to work again that night & was exhausted. Within an hour and a half, I was walking out with my new car! Chase greeted me, asked what I was interested in, gave me the keys and told me to take it for a drive- on my own! Allowed me to look at it, uninterrupted and under no pressure, whatsoever. I went back in and asked to start the paperwork (because it was a deal I couldn't pass up) and after filling out one paper & him typing in the info, maybe 20 seconds later I had approval for financing & we started the signing of the official papers! He also advised me of different warranty options without being pushy, and the best one they had was still a great deal, in my opinion! I didn't want a brand new vehicle after learning the lesson of value depreciation with my last one, so I will definitely be using Southeast for any future vehicle purchases! By the way- have you ever seen a 2013 (five year old) vehicle look so sharp and flawless? With just over 20,000 miles? I didn't even care about the year, because it was even better to me than the 2016 I thought I would be interested in. All the bells and whistles for around $12,000. Can't beat it.

Great prices, no pressure, no unnecessary texts or calls, excellent and prompt follow-up after the sale for a minor issue that came up.

I bought a 2025 Jeep Wrangler 4xe from the Gainesville CarMax as a birthday present to myself. I…read morelove the Jeep, but my experience with this dealership has been nothing but frustrating. When I picked up the Jeep, I immediately noticed scratches on the hood and front fenders. I pointed them out before leaving and was assured they would buff out and that I would be contacted to schedule a repair. After I got home, I also discovered two deep chips in the hardtop that were not visible in the original listing photos. The paint was chipped down to the metal, raising concerns about rust. When I went to charge the Jeep, I realized CarMax had only given me half of the charging cable, making it unusable. Since they were closed for the weekend, I called Monday and was told they would have the correct charger ready Tuesday. Before sending my husband to pick it up Tuesday, I called to confirm. Chris, one of the managers, assured me he was looking at the charger while we were on the phone. My husband drove an hour after work only to be told by Scott, the salesperson who sold me the Jeep, that there was no charger and one would have to be ordered. The next morning, I called back to ask how a charger that supposedly existed the day before had disappeared. Chris then told me the charger had actually been there the whole time and that Scott had never asked anyone else if they had it. My husband had to make a second trip after work just to pick up something that should have been handled correctly the first time. I also scheduled an appointment to repair the scratches and chips before leaving for vacation. I explained that I live an hour away and needed the Jeep finished that day. I dropped it off at 8:30 a.m. and didn't receive a single update until 5:00 p.m., when they called to say it was ready. When I arrived, the Jeep had been poorly washed, the scratches looked untouched, and the chips looked like someone had colored them with a black Sharpie. The metal was still visible, and there was black paint smeared around the damage, making it look worse than before. I asked to be reimbursed so I could have a qualified body shop repair it correctly, but they wanted another chance. They asked if they could call me while I was on vacation to schedule another appointment, and I agreed because I wanted the exposed metal repaired before it rusted. Since then, I have heard absolutely nothing. No calls, no follow-up, and no returned messages. I can't reach the service department, and even the main CarMax line has been unable to get anyone in Gainesville to answer. Buying a vehicle should be exciting, especially after spending over 32k and purchasing an extended warranty. Instead, I've dealt with poor communication, wasted trips, inadequate repairs, and complete radio silence. I love my Jeep, but I cannot recommend the Gainesville CarMax based on the way I've been treated after the sale.

I liked the staff but not so much their systems took almost 4 hours to finalize the purchase of the…read morevehicle cause the some of the staff didn't really know what was going on but I still think they were quite nice and gave very insightful information so all and all pretty okay experience but definitely need to work on training and wait times and one other thing the detailing on the vehicle was not the greatest definitely missed spots but other than that okay.

I have already reviewed this dealership and was highly impressed. I have a lot of experience in…read morebuying upscale cars. When they first opened, I figured they were on their best behavior and in fact both sales and service were a pleasure to deal with. I fully expected that as the years progressed their standards would slip somewhat. They didn't. In fact, dealing with Audi Gainesville just got better and better. I am now on my 4th Audi, 3 from Audi Gainesville. Here are the high points: 1. I live in Tallahassee and was hesitant at first to buy a car from a dealership halfway down the State. But Audis are great cars and Tallahassee has no Audi dealership. I found that servicing the car(s) was easier than having a hometown dealer. Gainesville Audi will drive up a brand new Audi for your use and drive yours to the shop in Gainesville. Once repaired or serviced, your car is driven back to your driveway and the loaner taken back. The cost...zero (except maybe you should consider a real nice tip for the driver). 2. I buy my cars based heavily on the strength of the service department. This dealership has one of the best I've ever dealt with. They are competent, friendly, and never once suggested an unnecessary repair or maintenance item. I don't know where they found this service team, but it is a pleasure to deal with them and even though I am skeptical by nature, they have more than earned my trust. 3. Buying the car couldn't be easier. No significant dealer packs and even at the height of the pandemic, none of their cars sold over MSRP (unlike many other dealers). 4. "My" salesman is very knowledgeable about these cars. He is always available to teach me about the features of this car.. 5. The car I bought from them most recently is fairly rare in the US. My salesman located a beautiful example. As this model was selling for a price well over MSRP, I prepared myself to bite the bullet and pay the premium. They wouldn't sell over MSRP however and in addition I got a great deal. Needless to say, my undying gratitude. Hands down, best dealership I've ever dealt with.

I began reaching out to Audi Gainesville on Good Friday @ 9am, to purchase an Audi A6 Prestige. I…read morespoke with Colton Maddux. He requested I send him certain PII which I sent him immediately. Unfortunately, the process failed from that point. Mr. Maddux became unresponsive and informing me that they were very busy. I must've reached out to him at least five times between Friday at 9 AM and Saturday afternoon. He told me that I need to speak to the sales manager, a person named Greg. I did speak with Greg and he requested photos of my car. The VIN number mileage the usual information. He provided a number so that I could text the photos. After several hours with no response, I called the dealership and got voicemail. Greg did call me, saying he would reach back out late Saturday afternoon. I made several additional calls to the dealership which went unanswered. I reached out via text message to Mr. Maddux late in the evening he did not answer, but respond to via text saying that he was at mass with his family celebrating Easter. I responded by letting him know that "Greg", said he will call me back and I have not gotten his call. Mr. Maddux's response was " I'm sure he'll call you when he can." I have to say I am very disappointed with my experience. I often read the reviews before deciding to deal with an establishment, and my experience is total opposite of the reviews I've read! I'm not sure. Maybe this is a one off but come this should not be happening. I'm sure the owner is not putting this out as their business model.
