Every station can be scaled to your ability. It's a good general workout when I'm on the road. The gym is very clean and all the equipment is in good shape. I've never been to a gym where an owner made me feel more comfortable. I was out of town (obviously) and didn't bring cash to buy a pre workout. He got into the machine for me a grabbed me one. Then he sat and talked to me about STL and some folks he knew from around where I'm from. Asked if I needed anything and made me feel welcome. The owner is a stand up guy and was a pleasure to meet. The whole gym was very clean, some of the equipment was a little older but WELL maintained. I was thoroughly impressed. There is quite a bit of space in there and enough equipment to keep plenty of people working at the same time. Vibe was super chill and all the workers and gym goers were very polite and cleaned up after themselves. Fast forward to later that day I lose my wallet.....shout out to women in the office that helped me check the cameras. She was super helpful. While we didn't think anyone stole it, we were trying to see if I had brought it in at all. Turns out it fell out of my pocket at the place I was staying. At any rate, she was very helpful.
