I have been a member there for 5+ years and just recently had some issues with the place. I talked…read morewith management who said they were going to take care of the issue and nothing else happened Decided to call corporate hoping that they may be able to take care of these issues. Went in to work out and had one of the front desk people come up to me mid workout and tell me that my membership has been canceled. I had little and none interaction with this person with the exception of a smug attitude. I would look for a different fitness center because they will promise you anything to get you to sign the paper and then the follow through is nothing The staff used to be good, but they have really gone downhill. Save your money and go somewhere where they actually do care about members and customer service because this is not the place.

Are you missing that car lot salesman pitch now that you can't buy a new car due to supply…read moreshortages? Do you hanker for the days of sales associates descending on you like vultures looking for their next meal? Haven't been subjected to enough condescending attitude of late and just need to get your humiliation on? Well than this is the place for you! Try asking for a monthly rate or saying you don't want a full years membership at exorbitant prices and let the mocking attitudes began. Join the cult they said. It'll be fun they said. Nope! Color me gone to a smaller but more user friendly gym where the real perks are being able to work out stress free.

I'd say this is a definitely a good, utilitarian AF. This is the one I usually come to when in town…read morefor work. It's never been crowded when I've been here. Weight room is bigger than some, with 3 racks plus Smith, a cable machine, leg presses, etc. Only thing I didnt see was an EZ curl bar, but no big deal. They also have bumper plates and rubberized mats on the floor for deadlifts. (They also have lots of sign threatening charges for "dropping weights," not re-racking your weights, or "leaning weights against the wall.") So be warned, I suppose. I haven't had much interaction with staff here, but from what I can recall, they've been friendly. It's not the shiniest or prettiest AF I've been to, but it's got it where it counts. They've also got a vending machine with drinks. Would definitely come back.

Only in town for a few weeks but the manager was able to get me a deal on an abbreviated…read moremembership. I tried hitting up some other gyms but when I made it clear I wasn't interested in joining a cult or taking out a second mortgage on my house they quickly lost interest in me. The manager here was super friendly and willing to take the time to speak to me without undue pressure. The free weights and cardio machines were adequate for my use but the place is probably geared more for the casual user than the gym rats who want to grunt, groan and slam weights around like Neanderthals. So if you don't need a river of testosterone flowing around you but rather a pleasant place to work out without being judged by how many tires you can flip over than this is the place for you.
