Initially thinking I had to get a new phone I was going that route. Having seconds thoughts I called one cell phone repair place and they wouldn't be able to fit me in for days. I called this place having driven by it so many times. (Questioning the location) and so glad I did. 45 minutes later phone as good as new. Responsive. Cheaper than other locations. And nice. Yes that's right even nice!!! Wow. Also gave me a military discount though that isn't something they automatically have. Highly recommend. Would definitely go back. No recourse from with Amazon/Office Depot due to ink purchased back in April.. Originally thought it was my printer and after messing around trying to get it to work on and off for months I finally gave up and called HP. They determined the ink was counterfeit after sending me new ink which imagine that it works fine!!

No grey, blue screen, no lights even lighting up, dead. This happened before and I had to replace the battery, which I did myself on a Dell 5000 series. I had an extra battery, but I could not see well enough to unscrew the back, lots of screws. Saturday I called this service at random. Victor assured me he could have it done that day, for a very reasonable price. I took my laptop to him around 11 AM, with the battery. He had it working and called me a little later. We picked it up, and I was online before supper. Very nice man, and knew his stuff. Even wiped down my system for me.
