He quoted me $375-$415 and my load for the truck was more but he kept it at that price something most places would not do. The two workers he had and him self were very professional and did a great job cleaning up anything that fell or was around what i wanted gone. Less than a day the freezer continued to have issues they came back out and stated it was misdiagnosed and they replaced a fan. After 3 emails they came back out a third time on 2/17/22 This time they replaced the fan timer and charged an additional 85 dollars. Overall this wasn't done correctly the first time and they continued to charge me after claiming the work has a 90 day warranty. The whole point of a diagnostic fee is to CORRECTLY diagnose the problem the first time. Total cost is 260 never again As of 02/22/22 scheduled a technician for ongoing issues with the Freezer they wasted my entire day and did not show up this companies lack of professionalism and lack of care is unmatched at this point i feel like they are not using new parts. 2/23/22- Technician who arrived again at was absurdly rude to my girlfriend I was on the phone with her at the time . I had spoken to the owner over the weekend he offered some money back for all the headache and being charged multiple times. The technician Gave us the wrong refund check for with another couples name and told us we can find another company to fix our refrigerator. We either want the problem fixed or a refund not both.. Again he never called just arrived not sure what's so difficult with fixing a fridge correctly the first time. When he left he stated do not disturb anymore.
