I literally installed the yelp app just to warn others of this place, but as I can see there are already so many terrible reviews, that others should know to beware. I wish I would have looked at these reviews before wasting my money here. They don't care if you have an appt, they rush, the place is filthy, they are terribly rude, their acrylic sets do not last, and their pricing is very inconsistent. Great prices and ok service but very bad practice. I went to get gel polish removed and they took forever to start it. I soaked my nails in acetone for a while and then they used this drill to peel it off. Then she gave me a basic manicure that looked horrible. She didn't soak my nails, they were file diagonally and unevenly, and the nail polish looked too sheer. The worst part and the reason im writing this today is that it's been probably a month since this happened and today i realized that they drilled way to deep in my nail. Theh look all uneven and now im just waiting to grow them out again. That explains why this whole time they felt soo thin and kept breaking :( this place is cheap but not worth it. read more

This place sucks! I went in for a pedicure and it was absolutely the worst pedicure I have ever gotten. I was there for about 40 min and they probably worked a total on my feet for about 15 min. I went in to get a gel manicure, I usually don't like to judge a book by its cover so I went ahead and stayed, the lady did a horrible job! Not only did she forget to cut my cuticles until the VERY END of the manicure, but she didn't do a good job at painting my nails, I was really disappointed with this place. my nails look disgusting, very unprofessional. This is the worst nail job I have ever had!!! The lady that did my nails has been doing nails for 30 years. I dont get it! I will never go there again. Rude and horrible job. I wasted my time and money and should have stayed with my normal nail salon. I will wait next time they are booked. STAY AWAY! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! RUDE TREATMENT! I went into "Get Nailed" three times in the last 3 months! My first visit was perfect with Dina. However, every visit since has been absolutely horrible. I got laughed at due to one of the girl's shotty flower designs! When I went in for a fill I was asked repeatedly where I had gotten my nails done. I said here by the young girl. I even stated how I was charged an extra $5 dollars for the flowers design. I was asked again and again and laughed at! Then I went to dry my nails and bumped my nail and some of the polish was messed up. I Informed the nail lady and she just put clear polish over it and said it was fine! (Even through the nail was messed up still) Fuming I had to go home and fix it myself! Then after about a week and a half two of my nails fell off due to my nail underneath the acrylic lifting! DON"T WASTE YOUR MONEY! THEY LOST A CUSTOMER FOR GOOD! read more

Aweful experience. Unclean and unsanitary. The end product of the pedicure and gel manicure was sloppy and unprofessional.

i can honestly say this is the worst set of acrylic nails I have ever gotten and I did get them with the younger girl. their idea of pink and whites stink and the nails GLOW BLUE in the sun. Needless to say, I have learned to not cheat on my nail lady every again. read more

I went to this shop for quite a while to get my acrylic fill. The first few times I had a good experience. So I kept going back. After the first couple times, it slowly started getting worse. She wouldn't take all the color off so I would have a few different colors showing. I asked my technician if she could go a little short and she told me no. That's as short as she'd go. Ummm. They are my nails. And I'm paying for a service. I was goin g to do an ombré nail once, she said no. She can't do that. No problem... whatever. Another time I went, I got black. Cause Halloween. And the nail polish bubbles up as PEELED OFF! I called the next day to see about getting it fixed. And she said she couldn't help me. So I filed it down and fixed it myself. The last time I went, I wanted my nails to be natural looking. So clear.. no... there were 4 different colors showing. I raved about this place only to be disappointed. I don't complain a lot, as in I try to keep my opinion to myself. But I had a few friends tell me they didn't like coming to this nail shop because of similar reasons. read more

i've never had a bad experience at get nailed, which is why i keep coming back here after branching out and trying other nail salons. the ladies are friendly and welcoming. i don't go to the salon regularly, and usually it's months between my visits, but they alway remember me and what was going on in my life when they last saw me. it makes a big difference to me knowing that they care about me as a customer enough to remember things about my life, like how old my son is, or where i work, or my hobbies. it makes the experience at their salon more like visiting a friend rather than being just a customer. their pricing is standard, but i've received "extras" from them like decorations on my pedi at no extra charge. these ladies are hard workers who make every effort to accommodate everyone who walks in their salon, whether you have an appointment or not. i'm always satisfied doing business with them. read more
