Showed up right on time, and prepared, despite the rain. Very quick, careful, swift, and respectful. Mapped out a plan for what they could do with the time frame we'd told them (we knew it may go over a little bit) and set about that. Double checked that they'd gotten everything we wanted to keep them in the time frame, and offered to carry down a few last-minute items so we wouldn't have to later. Drove truck very carefully and cautiously with belongings in it. They even allow you to purchase additional time in just 15-minute increments. I see bad reviews on here and have heard horror stories about moving companies in general, but these two guys were great this past weekend. Would definitely recommend. read more

As much as you want to save money, DON'T HIRE THEM!!! They arrived thirty minutes late.... I'm all about equal opportunity, but not on my dime...There were two movers: A man in his 50s and a lady....yes a lady...they moved slow....really slow...as in...slower than slow...and the sad thing is...the lady was almost better than the guy...I can't believe I just typed that... Had I not assisted (yes, I got frustrated...and helped the movers), it probably would've taken them an extra hour.. It took them 2.5 hours(drive time was 5 minutes) to move a couch, some chairs, mattress and box spring (no headboard/footboard), and two dressers...it should have taken 90 minutes MAX. Once I gave them a hard deadline, they put some pep in their step..went as far as saying they wished they knew they had a hard time...or else...you would've moved faster??? Unprofessional...the chick answered her phone a few times...on my dime of course... You'd be better off renting a Uhaul and adding the 'extra hands' service... Olu was fabulous! He was a very hard and efficient worker. I had thought that we were rushed the day of the move and thought the unit could have been packed better. I asked him to re-do it the following weekend. He helped me get a box that I accidentally packed in the very back of my storage unit without any complaint, and explained and showed me why he packed the unit the way he did. It is apparent that he and the company are determined to make their customers happy!! I would definitely recommend him for any move!! read more

The owners are terrible to work with. We had an appointment to have contents packed on a Saturday at 1 pm. They showed up 2.5 hours late. They had sent one man and what appeared to be his son( looked under age). Once inside the house the said there was a lot more than they had expected, so they call the owner Olu Ogunsiji, he spoke to me on the phone, said he would be there to help in 30 minutes. So the man and the young boy sat in the truck and would note start loading anything until Olu showed up. He showed up 45 minutes later wearing flip flops. He looked at all the items that we wanted moved from this house to the new house 3.5 miles away in the same city. We came to a new price based on what he saw he said it would take 3 men. He said it is to late today to move, so they would come back the next day at 9 am. They arrived at 11 am, there was only 2 men today. ()not the 3 they said it would take). They wanted paid in full up front, so I did. So finally they started loading their truck. When there truck got about 3/4 full, they said they would have to charge us more, because not everything would fit in the truck and they would need to make a second trip. I asked him and his wife who I called, because Olu was being very rude. Their rationale was since it would n't all fit in 1 load we needed to charge more. When he quoted and we agreed at a price, their was never any mention of this price is only good for 1 load, it was for all items he saw in the house. So what he did was he proceeded to load the rest of the items in his truck, and once he got to the new house, he demanded another $545.00 in cash and would not give us a receipt. So we where being forced to pay this new larger amount on top of the original amount. Olu also kept complaining about this is a 3 person job. As if it was up to us, the customer as to how many people their company sent. There was also 3 safes in the house, none where gun safes, just personal sizes. He made us open 2 of the 3 safes and remove everything. After we had done that, we caught him trying to re-open the 1 safe, when we approached him, he said he was just checking to make sure it was empty. The even smaller safe, he removed or broke the dial and I have spoken to the company and they refuse to make the situation right. They also started just bringing the items in to the garage and dropping them off anywhere their was room, not putting the min the rooms as we had asked. Very rude and unprofessional and a dreadful experience. I would NEVER HIRE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. read more

This was my second time using this moving service. I have a normal three bedroom home. Everything was packed and dissembled in advance. The first move wasn't too bad. I used them a second time and it was the worst mistake ever. The movers were on time, however, they moved slow to extend the time beyond the 2hrs offered in the Groupon and then charged an additional $95 per hour plus $25 per piece of heavy items, washer, dryer.etc. I had to stop the move at two additional hours and reschedule with the request to honor the Groupon rate a second time. After agreeing to honor the rate, the movers took 2 1/2hrs. to get few remaining items the next day. The owner attempted to charge over half of the amount he charged for 4hrs the day before after the agreed amount was the total of an additional Groupon. After I declined the new total, he reduced his orginal amount $175 and advised the movers to not leave as they waited for his arrival. Upon arrival, he approached the mover standing next to me and said, "this is why I don't move black people"! The lady riding with him attempted to resolve the issue and agreed to take payment for the agreed Groupon amount plus 30mins. The owner was unprofessional, my sister was sexually harassed, the workers smelled like liquor and marijuana , they manipulate the time for more money, and he is racist.
