I had a miserable moving experience with this company. First, they were supposed to bring 5 boxes,…read morea wardrobe and packing tape which they did not. I was told the furniture would be wrapped in moving blankets and plastic so nothing would be harmed. A treadmill set down in the wrong place, and when I asked him to turn it around, it ended up at an angle into the room. It was very difficult for my friend and me to get it into the right place. The recliner was not plugged in and the plug was under the chair, so a friend and I had to move the chair in order to get to the plug and plug it in. Things were left in my old apartment, such as boxes, a folding chair, a router, speakers and other small items. I was moving from one apartment to another in the very same building, so there was no truck involved. Part of my Cpap machine went missing and it took me over a week and $159 to replace it. When I went back upstairs the next day to retrieve all the items they left in my old apartment, the bedroom window was wide open and the toilet seat up, indicating little regard when they were done. The large dresser was still wrapped in plastic (no moving blankets were under the plastic) after they left, and I had not found scissors or a knife yet so I had to peel it with my fingers to get to my clothing and the wrap is still behind the dresser where I stuffed it because I could not move the dresser to unwrap it properly. The two men acted very friendly and charming but did not live up to what was promised. I called the company the next day and asked for some kind of compensation for the errors. All they offered was to send somebody back two days later to pick up the things that were left behind. Because I could not keep the keys to my old apartment, that was not a satisfactory solution. I thought they should have reimbursed me some of the money I spent - $550 to move a 424 square foot apt with no appliances. Promises were not kept. Things were not done as advertised, and I would not encourage using this company. Wendy

At 4:00 PM, I realized I was dealing with scammers. I called Quick Move at around 4:30 PM and explained my situation. Eli asked me when I would like to move. I told him as soon as possible and he said do you want us to come over tonight? I told him tomorrow morning would be fine. Quick move showed up at my house at 9 AM with three trucks and four guys to load my stuff up. They had everything out of my house and back in my new house within six hours. I would highly recommend these guys. They were very neat, polite, and did an excellent job. They got me out of a bad situation.

We ended ip having to keep our items in their parking lot all night until they could get us a different crew. I refused to let crew number one enter my home after watching them drop furniture and drag it across concrete! They only covered two mattresses the rest was just placed in a dirty truck and some against our dirty grill in the truck!Johnson After lots of headaches and back and forth foolishness (on their part) they gave us two options. First option is give us a full refund for the moving expenses and a nonsense payment of $807.00 for the damage. Second option is to change our policy to full value loss, have an insurance adjuster come out, not refund us for the move, and they give us what the insurance adjuster sees fit for our loss. We chose option one as I have no trust in these people anymore and am sick of living with filthy broken furniture. Had they let us know about the insurance and options before the move we would have made sure it was full value loss. Below are some pictures to give you an idea of how awful these people were! Do your homework! I didn't and paid the the price…read more All My Sons did not do well. Dropped furniture on pavement, damaged couch, and matrice, broke a wall hanging, gouge new dinning room table. Move was scheduled for 8 AM, showed up at 1PM. A one bedroom, living room and dining room... no appliances. The move was 5 miles and took over 7 hrs to complete, @ $164 per hour + an hour charge for travel time.
