She told me they have different food trucks come out at least once a month, and Hangry Girl Eats was one of today's options. I ordered the Silent Treatment sandwich, and overall, it was DELICIOUS. Everything tasted incredibly fresh, and you could tell they were using quality ingredients. They definitely don't skimp either. There were plenty of toppings, plenty of meat, and the sandwich itself was a really good size. My only complaint was that it was surprisingly a little dry. With all of the peppers and toppings, I wasn't expecting that at all, but once I got down to the layer with the meat, I definitely felt like it could have used a little more moisture or sauce. That being said, it was still a great sandwich and I really enjoyed it. I also got the passion fruit lemonade, which was delicious and paired really well with the sandwich. The ordering process was easy. They gave me a buzzer after I ordered, my food was ready in about 10 minutes, and I was on my way. They include a saffron rice base under the pork that adds a wonderful twist to the flavor. The mozzarella one is all cheese inside with the jalapeño one is a hotdog inside. Both were insanely delicious but I had a slight preference for the cheese one. The batter is delicious and the sugar topping creates that perfect savory and sweet balance. We also got an order of the Chinese donuts which came with chocolate and strawberry dipping sauces.
