The goal is to get your heart beating faster to burn calories while you're wrapped up. Any opportunity to be massaged, wrapped up in a blanky, fall into a deep meditative state, and BURN CALORIES at the same time, is right up my alley. I can tell you it was a delightfully relaxing experience, but after one session, it's too early to tell if I burned extra calories. I'm totally up for another session, though!
