The gym is amazing! Clean, variety of weights and equipment along with brand new Nordic track treadmills. The best part of all is the community! Su is such an amazing coach. The perfect amount of laughter, leadership, encouragement, and push to be your best. I've not only worked out consistently but started running again and joined Hyrox and DEKA events all with Su's support. It's the best here! And I absolutely love the women and friendships I have built!

From day one, it never felt intimidating - it felt like home. Coach Su has created something really special here. This isn't just a gym, it's a safe space for women to show up as they are, grow stronger, and support one another. She has the perfect balance of being incredibly supportive while also pushing you to be your best. She sees your potential even on the days you don't, and that kind of coaching is rare. The community is everything. The women here are uplifting, motivating, and genuinely root for each other. Whether you're just starting your fitness journey or looking to level up, you'll never feel alone. There's no judgment.. just encouragement, accountability, and a whole lot of strength being built together. If you're a woman looking for a gym where you can feel comfortable, challenged, and supported all at once, The Vault Fitness is it. I'm so grateful to be a part of this community and highly recommend it to anyone thinking about joining.

Muay Thai Lao - No pressure. Sparring is when you're ready and coaches feel you will not hurt yourself or others. Iron sharpens iron.

Unlike other gyms where all students get the same training day after day; coaches tailor a specific workout for you. Coach Tyler is one of the best coaches hands down. Highly recommend this gym to anyone who is interested in joining the Muay Thai community or if you are a seasoned fighter. There is a-lot to learn for the training at Muay Thai Lao

There is humbleness to recognizing anyone can be a great artist and be skilled, but what is a blessing is a space of support and caring people. We make mistakes in life out of lack of experience, we are all learning and working each day to be better people. Everyone has a human right to train and be wherever they want too. Come try out a free week and see if it's enjoyable. In life we should spent time exercising now versus a life of pain just being still in the future. Think of it as an investment to your retirement, so you're healthy in old age. Also investment to be able to enjoy life traveling, playing sports with younger family members. Hardest part is walking through the front door and you can walk right out is a good first goal. I've been out and injured over and over but everytime I'm welcomed back and my bodily feelings acknowledged and not pushed when need to rest my injuries. Here are some pictures I took, I wanted the members to maybe love themselves more and maybe see more what role models and lights they are just being themselves fun, passionate, understanding, and supportive. I've never sweated or worked out so hard in my life. During each class, I counted down the minutes until the torture would end. I hated lifting weights the most. I should've bought a set of my own 5 lb. weights for class. Workouts are never boring because they always change it up. Even though I hated working out, I loved how great I felt afterward. The building is pretty much a warehouse setting. There are several big fans hanging on the wall that help you cool down. The floor was a bit dirty. Every time I laid my mat down, a layer of dust would fly up. All the equipment you need is there including jump ropes, dumbbells, barbells, medicine balls, resistance bands, and gliders. Sarai, the owner, sends email fairly often. Emails contain menus, workout tips, deals, and much more. Now that boot camp is over, I hope I can motivate myself to work out... I've been coming to Booty Bootcamp religiously since February and not only do I feel slightly slimmer, a bunch more toned, but also a hell of a lot more bad ass! Make it through one of these cardio packed work outs and you'll know exactly how I feel. There's a little bit of everything for the lady who needs a well-rounded work out. The trainers keep you accountable for powering through the toughest sets of either burpies, squats, lifts, or whatever is on the menu for the day. And that's another thing! Sarai, Ms. Booty Bootcamp herself, sends all her trainees awesome daily pick-me-ups in the form of an e-newsletter. They're packed with useful tips, healthy recipes and motivational mantras. The class schedules fit nicely with most traditional work schedules. The new facility is excellent and stocked with everything you may need - just bring a mat, water and your awesome personality! See you there!!
