Serge is the absolute best. His positivity and sense of humor makes him one my favorite humans on this planet. I did a Fascial Stretch Therapy session with him and you guys, this is WAY better and more effective than getting a massage at the spa. After just 1 session, I immediately noticed a large increase in my flexibility AND a total release of stress, anxiety, and any other negative energy I had built up in me.
