Bowing out to acknowledge who came before us and wishing good luck in our daily lives so we may return to practice together.

A great gym equally trains each person equal whether their goal is competting and/or in holistic health and weight loss. There is humbleness to recognizing anyone can be a great artist and be skilled, but what is a blessing is a space of support and caring people. We make mistakes in life out of lack of experience, we are all learning and working each day to be better people. Everyone has a human right to train and be wherever they want too. Come try out a free week and see if it's enjoyable. In life we should spent time exercising now versus a life of pain just being still in the future. Think of it as an investment to your retirement, so you're healthy in old age. Also investment to be able to enjoy life traveling, playing sports with younger family members. Hardest part is walking through the front door and you can walk right out is a good first goal. I've been out and injured over and over but everytime I'm welcomed back and my bodily feelings acknowledged and not pushed when need to rest my injuries. Here are some pictures I took, I wanted the members to maybe love themselves more and maybe see more what role models and lights they are just being themselves fun, passionate, understanding, and supportive. I came here on November 12th of 2021 to visit their new location. They expanded their place with more space & more equipment at a new location. The location is pretty easy to find on GPS. It's inside a plaza, with other building units. Their gym is well lit and is at the very end of the building, parking can be an issue a bit but not too much of a hassle. Upon walking in, the office is at the entrance, where you see plenty of space for office desk, sitting area and a room for lockers and little section for the restroom that's unisex. They have fridge for water for guests & members which is a huge plus. The next room after the office waiting area is the main gym. The area is spacious, very clean and organized. They have many different bags to hit on and section areas to spare. Padding from floors to walls, with signs to direct for you to remove shoes pand to bow upon entering. They also have plenty of shelf space for storage for the fighters to place their gym bags and seating area for guests to sit and watch. If you ask for Tyler, he will be the one to help assist with your needs as he is the owner of the place. He is an amazing trainer & coach. Another person that can also assist is Ryan... he will make sure everything is provided as well. They are really great people and fighters of this amazing establishment. They also sell apparel there too to represent their gym. Check their gym out on Instagram as they are on there as well. You will be able to see alot more of what their about plus get to see the apparel they sell.

Just signed my son up for their kids class. The owners were very professional and the coaching staff was very patient when training my son. My son enjoyed training with them and said the kids class was very fun and exciting. He can't wait to be back on the mats with the team!

Great gym, people and coaches. Do not be intimidated to begin, the coaches adjust the workouts for all, including beginners.

Under the leadership of Kru Rick, the atmosphere is welcoming, respectful, and inclusive. I started at rock bottom. Exhausted and carrying extra weight, I couldn't manage a single push-up, yet I was treated like part of the team from day one. The coaches are knowledgeable and offer thoughtful feedback. Classes are challenging and fun, and the people here are wonderfully supportive and encouraging. I started for physical fitness and stayed because Muay Thai has had such a positive impact on me mentally. A year and a half flew by and I'm down 30 lbs and feel stronger and more confident in my body. Muay Thai is healing. I've had a rough several years, and training has helped me work through fear and other difficult emotions. Over time, I've become more resilient and grounded. I genuinely love this sport and it has changed me in ways I didn't expect.

Unfortunately the drive was further than I thought and he did let me know of a closer place to me which I found very honest and upstanding. I did not sign up at this time but would recommend them to anyone and possibly may return in the future.

Reading my old review makes me sad because the overall vibe of this gym took a turn for the worse…read morestarting in late 2025/Jan 2026. The usual cleanliness of the mats took a decline. The family business vibe that kept me for 6 years was minimal. The owner (Patrick) turned into a MAGA keyboard warrior. I avoided Patrick's classes because it was 45 min of stretching and 15 min of workout. Coach Kirby's classes kept me going since my strength gains were worth it (and you don't need to take your shoes off for strength training lol). There was no point in coming here after the last certified personal trainer quit their strength program and more women gradually left. I would rather drive more to train at a different gym (more than one Muay Thai & strength gyms exist in Sacramento) than come here. I don't mind the cost as long as I am in a clean facility and the vibe is worth it. The only reason they have one star left is for Coach P. - he is a good Muay Thai coach and a rockstar. I didn't really go to Coach Rocci's classes until last year, but the few times I did his music was the best for sparring. Pro tip: use a different personal FB account to post political content where gym members can't see them. Regardless of whether people agree/disagree with your views, there is a level of professionalism needed if you want to be a successful business owner.

I had been itching for a while to learn a new fighting style as well. First, I have to mention that the place is kind of tucked away in the back of a complex. I wish it was more visible from the street, as I probably would've come in sooner. The facility is a good size, and a lot cleaner and more orderly than I've seen at other martial arts gyms. There's plenty of space in the back to store any belongings, and the area for parents and spectators is positioned strategically in the corner as well, so there isn't too much congestion at the front where people have to check in. There's a small mat for beginners and a much bigger mat for the more experienced fighters. There's also a fighting ring for the fight team. The coaches were very welcoming on my first day, and Coach Ash, the owner, even took note that I had previous experience in another style. He used that knowledge to personalize my learning track, which I appreciate a lot. I had come in with several people from my work, and in seeing that we were a group, he even customized a pricing structure to incentivize us to all sign up together. While I know that isn't at all what he is obligated to do as a business owner, it's refreshing to know that someone will try to meet you somewhere in between versus just waiting for you to come to them. In the teen and adult class, so far it feels like it leans more on the teen side (I'm 34), but I hope that will push me to keep up. I've already signed up for a year (great deal per class, and they work with you in case you can't make some classes) and have gotten bruises on my leg. Looking forward to more!

The coaches were patient, encouraging, and created a great environment for someone just starting out. The facility was clean, organized, and clearly well cared for. He's made an environment that is really supportive of all types and abilities, that still makes you want to train as hard as you can. The coach has ZERO patience for children and let's them get under his skin very easily. The idea when enrolling a child in a gym is to have them let off some energy while obtaining some basic Muay Thai skills. His idea of discipline is to waste not only time but money sending them to kick a bag for 30 minutes. Not to mention he only has class 3 days a week for roughly 40 minutes. You can enroll your child an exit away where they charge you less for not only more Muay thai, but coaches that actually care about the littles, have patience for them, and WANT to see them improve in the sport. If your interested in watching your kid practice and it's hot outside, you better be prepared to sit in a room that's just as hot. The whole time in the summer there wasn't any ac so you have little kids practicing in 100 plus weather while parents have to sit there with them. Older kids and young adults may be ok with all of this but in my opinion, its absolutely no place to sign your child up.
