My house has never been this clean before. The bathtubs, bathrooms, baseboards, blinds, floors, under the beds, under the furniture and appliances are all sparkly clean. We will only use them for all future cleaning needs. The owner, Luis is also very professional, they were on time and didn't rush to get done they took there time which we appreciated so much. I will def recommend them to family and friends as well.

I fell for one of those bait and switch carpet cleaners, well, almost! They had one of those coupons, you know 4 rooms for 49$, the lady on the phone said "yes that's really it." By the time I was done listening to the guy at my house trying to up sell me for over twenty minutes (he had me up to $398)! He was so shady and pushy, I told him I'll think about it and I ended up coming on here. I ended up finding GreenWay Carpet Cleaning's other location and reading all the reviews. I called them ( the owner answered the phone) and thankfully he told me they also have another division in Henderson. He was very polite and took the time to answer all my questions and kept saying how their prices are set so nothing will change once they get out there he said except if something is causing a "stink" such as puppy problems... OR if I wanted some sort of carpet stain protector, he said but it is optional. Once the carpet cleaner arrived it was a night and day difference. There was no pressure, he had me show him what I wanted to clean. He showed me they have an app where everyone (even the public) can go and see the prices. He added it up on there and it came out exactly like what the guy on the phone said. A big deal for me too is that everything looked nice and professional: the van, his tools, his logoed uniform. The other company just wore old t shirts that did not look professional. I could tell he worked hard and everything turned out great. I have white carpet on my stairs ( I know, I know) and so you can still barely see it but I do have what he described as a "traffic pattern, or wear patter" forming. So you can just tell its matted down a bit and doesn't look brand new, I know he did all he could and it still looks better than the last time I had it cleaned. Even got these two dark splotches out of my living room that the past two cleaners weren't able to get up. I ended up getting the stain protector on my living room and stairs, he asked me politely if I wanted it on any of my rooms, didn't push me or anything. I'm just super happy, no drama, and everything turned out great!

Remember wall to wall carpeting was state of the art 50 years ago. GROUT: Problem is that grout is a stain magnet once the sealant wears off. Before you know it 10 or 20 years go by and it really needs professional evaluation and cleaning. Apparently pets and their urine...etc. really does damage to the grout. So, while 'GreenWay' will give you a quote over the phone for carpet cleaning, they want to see the tile and grout first because some grout can be eroded away and safe cleaning is not possible. As a result, the owner questioned me carefully about the grout and whether or not pets were a factor. I had also measured the area carefully, so I think he felt he got a good sense of the situation and gave me a phone quote. When Victor and Victor showed up they looked at it carefully too and felt that some attempts at grout re-coloring had been attempted over the years. They said that the tile and grout would be cleaned as good as possible but not all the grout would come out perfectly because of that. Grout and Tile Cleaning: A truck-mounted cleaning unit with a hose/scrubber brush and a cleaner solution does the cleaning of the tile and grout simultaneously. The sealant is applied to the tile and grout after the cleaner is dried. That needs to be dried for a couple of hours at least before using the flooring again. Furniture: As you might imagine, in a perfect world, all the furniture would be removed from the area. In our case, we removed as much as we could and placed it outside or in an area that was not involved in the cleaning. The heavy couches and dining table were moved to the side. The area scrubbed and then moved back when done. That worked out well. Results: While I was initially focused only on the grout, The tiles got cleaned and sealed also. Just as explained to me, not all the grout came back to like-new condition. But, I was surprised at how clean the tiles were. By the next day, both the grout and tiles looked even better. I'm glad I got the grout/tile cleaning done. So, my overall rating and experience with "GreenWay' was 4 Stars. I would recommend them. Friendly, informative, efficient and experienced. They take credit cards. I can recommend them. Of course, get some other quotes to compare prices and compare the assessment of your grout and the procedures to be used.

He even brought a black light to check for other problem areas (pretty mortifying - it lit up like a little doggie rave in my hallway - but also super helpful because eww). He treated and cleaned it all in about an hour, didn't tack on extra charges, and the best part - he's a genuine, caring human being and a professional. The kind of person you instantly feel like you've known for awhile and totally trust not to judge how gross your carpets got without your realizing it. My husband and I are both small business owners and we find it sad how hard it is to find small businesses who truly care about doing a great job and taking great care of people. But that pretty much sums up my experiences with Mias Housekeeping. I've been using MHK for about a year now and have zero complaints. They're affordable, do a great job, and I can trust them. Rather than write a novel about their services, it's best that I just list them. -Family owned, licensed, and bonded. I think Mia is one of the daughter's, but I could be wrong. Since they are also a small company, you get a little more TLC on your house. -Price: I've dabbled with other cleaning services in the past. So far, MHK has some of the best prices. Size of your house and whether or not you're a hoarder will determine price. For a 3 bedroom, 3 bath, and two story home, they only charge me $100. -Scheduling: Don't use their business address. I'm told this is just home base for them. Call them to schedule a cleaning. I never know where I'm at week to week, so I just call whenever I need them (i.e. when the dust bunnies start hanging out). I have even called them the day before and they managed to work with me. -They clean your house the way you want it done. You can use your cleaning agents or use theirs. If there's specific areas that need special attention, let them know. If there's areas or things you don't want them to touch, let them know. -Efficiency: A cleaning for my home takes between 2 to 3 hours. Really depends how much of a slob I've been. Since I trust them, I let them in and then usually run errands, hit the gym, or go to sleep. Nothing beats coming home to a clean house and you can even smell the freshness from outside your home. They'll even do your laundry and dishes if you ask them. I can't stress more how much I love these guys. Right now they only take cash or check. But they told me that they're working on adding credit/debit. If you're looking for a good house cleaner that's affordable and trustworthy, give MHK a shot.
