Arrived and picked up the scooter at front bell desk of the hotel just as arranged. Everything was perfect! I booked this service for my trip , as the days came near I called on and off for two weeks to confirm. I finally got a hold of someone two days before my date , now the customer service I received when it was time to return the mobile scooter was unpleasant, the guy was rude and annoyed straight off into the phone call . My wife called on Jan 15th before we drove to Vegas, we were driving from CA. We were able to reserve a unit and Joe was able to answer all of our questions, we never rented one before. Once we got to our hotel, we called and a unit was delivered within 15 minutes. We were given detailed instructions on how to use, take apart for transport and tips/tricks. Landed in Las Vegas with the last minute thought that my Grandma might not be able to walk the strip as comfortably as she used to. I requested a regular foldable wheelchair and was able to pick one up immediately (technically within an hour of the order, but that was due to my own delay, which the owner was super cool about). I'm not understanding where the recent bad reviews are stemming from but my experience was the complete opposite. The owner Joe was not only professional but extremely pleasant. When I made my initial call to inquire about renting for an upcoming week in Las Vegas he was in the process of delivering to another client and asked if he could call me back in a few minutes. OK..no problem there. Joe called me back within 5 minutes. As this was my first time having to utilize a scooter he proceeded to answer all my questions. He was both patient and pleasant all while driving back to the office. Joe explained the differences in models and confirmed my first choice was available. He stayed on the phone with me while I accessed the website, reserved and paid for my scooter. The day before I was to arrive in Las Vegas I got a call from Joe confirming my requested delivery time of 10am. When I informed him of flight time he suggested a 11am delivery to make certain I had enough of a window to get from airport and car rental. Unfortunately my luggage was delayed so I had to text and change the scooter delivery time yet again. Joe was GREAT about everything (see text). Upon arrival at the hotel I found Candace waiting patiently for me with my scooter. She too was extremely pleasant. She demonstrated all the functionalities of the unit and told me to call anytime if I had issues (of which I had none at all). On the night prior to my departure I received a call from a very nice guy named William who confirmed pick-up time the next morning and as scheduled Candace was waiting outside the hotel on time. There were not allowed on hotel property (Aria) which was a bummer because if you need this sort of assistance why wouldn't the hotel allow them to help a guest. But I met them at CVS next door and it was fine. The scooter moved very very fast and has some speed on it. I was impressed. I need this because I had surgery on my back right before a trip that didn't allow me to walk a long distance in Vegas. I rode the scooter down the strip and I had no issues. Some of hotels were a little irritating because they didn't have working elevators so you may have to take a longer route but just ask and they usually help.
