We did our daughter's birthday party here and it went so fantastic!! Scheduling was easy, the employees were super great and chill and flexible and all of our guests had a wonderful time. I had my grandson birthday party at Get Air today. First party I have had there. First of all, the price that they list on their website for their Floatin' On Air party is false. If you have it on a weekend the add on a ONE HUNDRED dollar fee. I called the day before the party and was told that after the party I would be able to pay for the balance of the party. They gave me the breakdown of what would happen. Good thing I called because when I got there we were told NOTHING. We walked up to the cashier Kaylee and said " Hi we're here for a birthday party". She just looked at us. We said " what do we need to do". She led us to a table, when we set the cake down and turned around she was gone. Ummm hellooo we need our socks...what time do we eat?? Etc. At that time the manager came up and explained things to us. Really poor communication and customer service. Fine...they jump. They don't tell us the pizza and drinks are there...we just noticed...they didn't announce it like we were told they would. They didn't show us where the cake plates and napkins were, so we assumed we didn't have any. Then, I had to ask for a knife to cut the cake as we weren't provided with one. Then as I am sitting I get an email with a receipt for the final payment on the party. I did not give them my credit card yet. They took it upon themselves to charge my debit card which I had paid the deposit with for the balance without my permission. To top it off they added a 40.00 tip when no one did anything. I saw no nowhere on thier website where it said they were adding a 40.00 tip. Worst birthday party I have ever had and I have thrown many. Will never throw another party there. I am attaching a picture of the bathroom wall. The bathrooms look like you are in a gas station. Very inappropriate for a childrens play center. Today was the first day that they were back open in months so my toddler and I were the first ones there! The manager who unlocked the doors was super friendly and walked us to the register to check in. I started coming here last year before COVID to aid with my son's physical therapy amd their toddler time is a great money saver if you are hands on and like joining in with your kids. My son is no longer officially in physical therapy, but I still plan to bring him because it's great for his vestibular input which is what his issue was. It's the closest trampoline place to my house and it's nice that it's in the mall in case you also want to do something else before or after jumping. When our 10 year old said he wanted to have his party at Get Air.... I cringed (picturing Chuck E Cheese, etc). We went in and they explained everything.... You have an assigned birthday party host, they setup , provide the plates, cups, etc. Pizza, soda, all you do is show up.... have fun, open presents, and leave.... Sounds to good to be true... right? Day of the party, we showed up early (expecting to handle everything ourselves), we were promptly greeted by our birthday host. She had the room all ready, pizzas queed, an extra table for presents, the whole 9! I was pleasantly surprised. This place can get busy and hectic on the weekends, but coming after school is a sweet spot, especially if you have younger kids. The little jumpers area (under 46") is either empty or has 1-2 kiddos. There's usually a big (~5) group of teens jumping and showing off their flips, and otherwise it's a few younger kids with parents. Plenty of room of small kids to run around and practice. Staff are really chill and you can usually jump past your hour and they don't mind. I wish they had some kind of monthly membership. It's also a bonus that Northtown Mall doesn't have you pay for parking. read more

You need your kid to let off some steam or need to them to drain some of that excess energy? Get Air in North Town Mall is a great place to take them. My 5-year-old nephew loves this place and is wiped out after an hour. My rating says I'm a fan, for the younger ones, but not so much for the older folk. I've treated my fair share of shredded ACLs, MCLs, and blown patellar tendons that can't handle the crazy loads that they're not used to at these trampoline parks. That's why Uncle Art didn't partake in the festivities, but I did have a relaxing time on the sidelines in the massage chair. Save yourself time at check in and sign the waiver and pay your fees online (including the $3 sock fee if you don't have them) before you get there. After all the preliminaries, you can enter the park where there plenty of activities including: dodge ball, a basketball hoop, a foam pit, and a kiddie court. Prices are a pretty good value at $12 for one hour and $20 for two hours, with special rates for those under 46 inches. The trampolines are well supervised and everyone was kept in line. We had no problems with any of the employees but it did take a little longer to check in because we didn't do it online. My daughter and two nephews called it quits with about ten minutes to spare left in the hour. So an hour's worth is probably enough for most. read more

I had my son (Arrow's) 10th birthday party at the Get Air in the Northtown Mall and Gavin went above and beyond to help with a large group of family and friends. He handled everything professionally and promptly with ease. At times I felt a little overwhelmed but he reassured me that he had my back and continued to impress me every step of the way. I have to also give a shout out to Troy just because he upgraded my room to where it made my entire family and close friends feel comfortable and welcomed. I took the grandkids on Presidents' Day which of course was super busy. I had taken one of my grandkids there earlier in the month and it wasn't as bad. But that is not my concern, my concern is there is no supervision at all within the facility except for the employees that are upfront taking your money. Those employees were very nice but I think they need to have people out in the jump area monitoring what's going on. Two out of my three grandkids were bullied and nothing was done about it. Also the bathrooms are closed due to vandalism so you have to take them to the middle of the Mall. Carpets need to be cleaned, none of the benches were clean, they had spilled juice all over them. Just not very clean in any way throughout the whole facility. I think this place would be really great but they seriously need some improvements done. If you don't have the staff then don't have so many kids within the facility and have one of those staff members on the floor so if somebody gets hurt there's somebody there that can take care of it. read more

Who knew you could take a toddler to this joint!? They have a totally separate area for littles and my kid had a blast and got out some winter rambunctiousness for $5.43 total. We did about 30 mins to an hour of time. They did charge me $3 for jump socks (but I think if you bring your own socks that have good grip on the bottom you can opt out of this). I was a "non-jumper" and was able to easily monitor my toddler. There is fun, loud music playing the whole time as well. I wouldn't feel comfortable letting my kid go in the other area because there were too many big kids, but he did well in the mini area. We'll totally come back for more jumping fun! read more

Absolutely the rudest employees you can ever come across, the games do not work, you will lose your money. Then, an senior citizen like myself will be told to shut up and stand at the end of the line to get a 50 cent refund. I told the associate taylor I was disabled and could not stand that long and her and another employee told me to "get to the end of the line", also told me to deal with it! The tables were disgusting and covered with sticky food scraps, the bathroom was a mess and the urinal was out of order. The service was atrocious , this place is an example of what little regard the staff has for elderly, senior citizens, the disabled, or customers in general. The couches were dirty and looked like they have not been cleaned in years. I will not take my son back to this place, the staff who were on the play areas were just as rude . I have not seen workers from manager on down so rude to people before in my life. I will also write the health department and complain about cleanliness and consumer affairs to complain about machines that do not work. tehy did not even care about what games were not working, i told the manager or whomever she was. i took a photo of the machine so she can put an out of order sign on it. COVID? No, I'm not afraid of COVID.... What I am afraid of is what nasty germs and fungus's that are lurking in the carpet of this place. The floors are covered in a variety of stains... could be pee, could be vomit, could be juice? I don't really think anyone should be guessing that stain when the answer is simple.... CLEAN THE FLOORS... if kids are expected to change into proper jumping socks, we should at least feel a little comfortable with the ground they walk on! We have frequented this place since the grand opening several years ago, and it's definitely gone down hill for cleanliness. This place is awful. I took my 5 year old here thinking we were gonna have some fun Father/Son time. We went at a low populated time of day. First off, it's expensive. Even if we could go on everything it would still be overpriced. Me and my son had to fork up 25 bucks for trampolines. Pay 25 dollars to exercise lol. However, we couldn't jump everywhere. In fact, we were allowed to jump together in 2 places. That's it. 2 small areas. Naturally those 2 areas are way overcrowded. Don't waste your money. Take your kids to a public park for free and you'll have way more fun and have money for lunch and gas. read more

My family and i really like this place. It definitely has its activities such as a small arcade area, an obstacle course, basketball hoops in the trampoline area, and they do host/reservefor birthday parties. Its a fun spot, organized, and clean. Some of the staff members could be nicer but all in all it is a fun place to play. The socks are a separate charge but are reusable and machine wash friendly. We had a poor experience today. The courses and trampolines are fun but that was pretty much the only positive. There was almost no supervision which meant several kids were going on the zipline at once. There were a few $2 waters but no drinking fountains or vending machines. Free water should be provided. We had to buy bottled water and refill them in the bathroom. No one had any idea how many people were there other than by the tickets sold. The doors were not monitored and there was not enough staff to verify that people left when their time was up. Many many patrons were not wearing masks and no covid restrictions seemed to be enforced. Despite all the waivers this place is a disaster waiting to happen. read more

My son wanted to check this place out for his 4th birthday. We just relocated from Las Vegas and haven't really checked out any of the local fun kid stuff yet. We decided on Get Air. If my kid's heart wasn't set on it, we would have turned right back around at the door. This place was out of control. There was one poor high school girl trying to run the front desk. She was not trained properly. She wasn't able to correctly explain to us where our little man was allowed to go based on his height. Later I was pulled aside while he was playing and another team member of the place filled me in on the correct policy and apologized for the lack of information. We waited forever at the front to buy our hour pass. After 20 minutes (if you're a parent, that's like 2 hours toddler time) I started to feel like this was taking too long and couldn't understand why there was only 1 employee working the check in counter on a Friday night. I decided to pull out my phone and call the front desk, hoping maybe someone beside the poor girl left alone would answer. Boom!! A different girl picked up the phone from the back. I explained to her that the poor girl out front was very overwhelmed with the amount of people waiting and we have been waiting over 20 minutes, please send out some back up! She came out about a few seconds later, helped a couple kids with socks and then left again. Leaving us to wait yet another 15 minutes. So we ended up waiting over 30 minutes for our boys to jump an hour. Ridiculously horrible management. To boot while we were there, two young boys ended up getting in a fist fight. They were like 6 and 7. Full on punches and potty mouths. One of the two boys were asked to leave. We have never seen something like this before. But this is definitely not the environment I feel is safe for my boys to be bouncing around in. Maybe we came on a bad night. One of the other parents did mention she has never seen it so busy. Coming from Vegas and comparing Get Air to Sky Zone or Gravady I know my view probably differs from people who have only been to Get Air. Bottom line, we won't go here again. read more

This place is a joke...over priced, dirty, rude staff, and crazy restrictions. Rather than going by age to separate areas they go buy height. Like you're about to get on a roller coaster that goes 60mph and 300ft in the air. It's a trampoline guys...come on. My 7 year old who is an experienced jumper and more than capable to safely jump anywhere in there. is restricted to, two areas where most kids are 4 or below, just because he's short for his age. But I have a friend that has a 5 year old... And since he's tall for his age, he can go anywhere.... it just doesn't make any sence. I have three kids ranging in different ages from 5-9 and how on Earth am I supposed to safely monitor them. When they can't all go in the same areas. I strongly suggest going to Altitude trampoline park in the valley. Their staff is amazing.... And they have one small area that's blocked off for only taller kids. And one small area blocked off for smaller children. The majority of the place is open to everyone. all my kids can jump together and I don't have to try to keep my eye on all of them from different places. read more
