The Greece venue appeared to be attempting to "overbook" or exceed maximum capacity to occupy, although the Greece location facility's maximum occupancy capacity is not publicly listed, which raises some real safety concerns...my experience at the Greece NY location facility on 03/14/26 was horrendous, as I have a non- verbal autistic child that always sits alone on his electronic devices, which entertains and occupies him, even in a "bustling" environment...well, some Caucasian lady complained that he was "sitting there rocking back and forth while on his phone watching videos"...this prompted a large white male security person to approach me, and "engage" me rather rudely with regard to my son's "behavior"... telling me that my son's behavior was a "problem" and that we have to leave the venue, Since we were only insider the venue for less that 19 minutes before all of this transpired, I requested a full refund of my monies paid, to which he responded " you're not getting any refund, y'all got to leave", and proceeded to "aggressively usher" us out of the building and off the premises.....ANY ONE READING THIS BE AWARE THAT....GET AIR Trampoline Park, as a place of public accommodation, must comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) by providing accessible facilities, reasonable modifications to policies, and effective communication. Compliance includes wheelchair access, trained staff, service animal allowance, and potential sensory-friendly, quieter times to ensure equal access for all guests.
The next step for me is to file complaints with the appropriate agencies and bring legal actions where necessary to force GET AIR to FULLY COMPLY with TITLE III (ADA) requirements consistently as a priority measure...2ndly, terminate any employees remotely involved in this particular instance, full stop.... implement a rigorous training program for personnel to recognize and address ADA individuals and readily provide appropriate accommodations..3rdly rebuff any person/s complaints against individuals whom may be exercising their right to be in a public space by legal accommodations...that is, to inform the complaining party that "GET AIR" AS A PUBLIC ACCOMMODATIONS ENTITY IS REQUIRED TO PROVIDE REASONABLE ACCESS AND ACCOMMODATIONS TO PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES AS REQUIRED BY LAW.. read more
