My nephews and I did the starter package for the rage room and the splatter paint. We were able to hook up our phones to our own music and were left alone in the room to go at it and just have fun. It was a good time and something different to experience. I don't think we needed any more than 20 minutes in each room so it was nice to have the two starter options that we could get just a taste of each. What a great stress release this was. I went here with several family members and we got lots of stuff to smash for 5 starter packages! 30 minutes was a good amount of time before we got too sore from swinging sledgehammers. Precautions are taken by the company, but you still need to use common sense. We were finding keyboard fragments in our bras and glass bits in the soles of our shoes despite abiding by all of the regulations, so just be extra aware of the "splashback" when you're forcefully shattering these objects. We added on some axe throwing to our smash package and honestly i could have done without it. They have to walk you down to separate part of the plaza into a small room with 2 lanes. I liked the electronic scoring but it was hard to get around the room as all the furniture (bar stools, tables) was bolted to the ground. It felt like we were interfering with our lane neighbors as well. Overall, a good adult family outing and we hope to do it again soon! read more

Such a fun way to relieve some stress I didn't know I had! Getting a reservation was easy, then we walked in, put on some safety gear, and started destroying things. I have to say, it's surprisingly fun to hit a keyboard with a baseball bat and watch the keys explode everywhere in the air. Definitely a small room, so it was good for the two of us but probably not too many more. However, such a fun experience overall. I'd do it again! read more

We smashed stuff. We pounded stuff. We yelled about stuff. We laughed about stuff. Very satisfying. Very cathartic. I highly recommend this place to safely and legally get out your frustrations. The Tyvek suits and protective helmets are very hot so dress lightly and wear sturdy shoes. Be prepared for massive amounts of sweat. If you have some significant items that you want to vent your frustrations on, you can bring your own stuff to smash. read more

I've been here a couple of times. We did the Splatter Paint and Rage Room. Both were a lot of fun and a great way to spend time with the family. The Splatter Paint experience provided a variety of paint colors and a canvas for each of us to go wild with. The lighting made it a cooler experience. We chose the Rage Room experience with both glass and electronics. All of the items were fun to break. They have protective gear for both experiences, making them fun, clean, and safe. read more

This place was certainly different but it had its moment. I don't know how often or if I would return again because there was a lot of standing around with 4 of us there. While one person is going to town on large electronics, the throw wall is blocked. The podium right in the middle begs you to place something on it and swing for the fence, but it's right in prime throwing lanes. I wish there was a slow-mo camera near the wall or stump to watch things get pulverized. YES! When punching people or destroying property is frowned upon...you venture to Smash Therapy. This place is amazing. The staff is great and accommodating. It gets a little warm in the room; but there's a fan that is available in the room. You're able to play your own music, but I didn't have time to get it going...I just wanted to smash items. This place is great to let off steam, frustration, rage, etc. or, if you just feel like being destructive! I will be returning. read more
