Popular birthday destination for the 3-5 year olds. Basically a bunch of bounce houses under one roof with spacious party rooms available. Nothing mind blowing, but a pretty convenient spot to host a kid's birthday party. Can get a little chaotic with multiple groups, but I think the dedicated rooms are spacious and convenient. read more

Had a great time with my five year old! He was able to do all of the bounce houses and slides, and I enjoyed that there was ample seating, and cheap snacks! $20, with no time limit. We enjoyed staying for a couple hours, well worth the price! Enough to keep him busy for that long! read more

I've never written a review like this, but the level of negligence I witnessed at Bounce Hopper deserves every word. When I walked in, the place was packed with kids, bouncing, running, climbing, barely room to stand. and there was ONE employee on the entire floor. A teenager. Alone. Managing an entire warehouse of inflatables and children. I don't blame her. I blame the adults who decided it was totally fine to staff a high-risk facility like it's a lemonade stand. My daughter ended up getting injured, not mildly, not "shake it off" injured, but actually hurt enough that I had to stop everything to take care of her. And during that moment, do you know how many staff members were monitoring the bounce area? None. The one overwhelmed teenager who clearly wasn't trained for safety, crowd control, or emergencies or inflatables tipping! Yess tipping and the Dads had to push it back up. So I asked the manager for their liability insurance, because when your child gets hurt in a place full of inflatables and chaos, that's a standard, reasonable request. What I got instead was the most impressive collection of excuses I have ever heard from a supposed "manager": * She refused to show the insurance * She refused to give a direct phone number * She insisted "someone always answers" (they don't -- I called twice before arriving) * There's no voicemail set up at all * She blamed Spectrum for the phones * She claimed they have "never had any injuries," which is laughable considering MY child had JUST been injured moments before she said it Let's be clear: that wasn't miscommunication. That was dishonesty. When you run a facility built entirely around children launching themselves into the air, you should probably have: * More than one staff member * A working phone number * Basic training * And, at the absolute bare minimum, the ability to show proof of insurance when a child is hurt Instead, I got a manager who was defensive, dismissive, and wildly unprepared to handle anything more serious than selling socks. If this is how they respond to a parent asking for documentation after a child's injury, I cannot imagine how this place would handle an actual emergency. And judging by what I saw, it's only a matter of time before one happens. Rochester families deserve better than this level of negligence. Do not bring your children here until the management learns the difference between running a business and running excuses. read more

Awesome for kids. Bounce houses are clean and not too big-there is one big slide but doesn't seem as popular as smaller ones. Lots to play on and entertain the kids! Smaller area for younger kids where three year olds *cough cough the one star review* should be playing!! Nice wait area for parents/supervisors. It was awful from the beginning...We got there and Jada told me that the room wouldn't be ready till 1:10...when I paid from 1-3...The room wasnt ready till almost 130...she never came and told us that the room was ready, then the pizza came and she never told us...then they never announced that the room was ready.. she didn't help us with anything...We had 3 mother's slip in the room as she must have just thrown the soap down and didnt dry it...Which is health code, there was no sighn...we had to ask for every little thing and she seemed annoyed like that wasn't her job. SHE WAS TO BUSY SITTING ON THE COUNTER AND TEXTING..I have pictures that my guests took.. you pay 600.00 for crap . I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy...Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had in my life... so Absolutely embarrassing...Go anywhere else but here for the party!!! read more

This place is awesome for children of all ages (under 12). They have a nice toddler area for kids under 3 years old. They have an assortment of bounce houses suitable for various ages and levels of agility. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because they don't have much for food for actual meals. They don't allow you to bring in food but they don't have anything other than snacks. The kids enjoyed a variety of snacks for their lunch while there but wish they had a sandwich of some kind. Fun place for your kids.This is the old Bounce It Out location in Pittsford across from Wegmans/B&N plaza. There's plenty of parking in a shared lot. We got there around 11am and it was already hoppin'. Lots of people there with multiple parties going on yet spacious enough where it didn't feel crowded. It's basically a large open space with 7 bounce houses and a cafe area. There are 4 good-sized private party rooms, a place for coats and shoes, and restrooms on one end of the room. I like the variety of houses that are good for all ages and there's even one for the wee ones placed in a corner away from the other houses. Weekend costs are higher than weekdays. 13+ are free with a paid child and adults are also welcome to bounce around as well. Great place for a birthday party to entertain kids that range from 2-12 yo. Will be bringing our kids here again! read more

We had a birthday party there earlier today for our son. I had called to let them know that I have more than 10 kids coming to the party and I expected them to have plates, napkins, and juices set up for extra kids that were coming. However, they only set up for 10 children so some children were upset when they didn't have "birthday" theme plates/napkins or juice. We had to ask for more. The pizza was stale as if they stored the pizza until it was time for our party. On the paper, it said water bottles were included in the party so we had to ask for them. When it was time to pay for the remaining balance, they charged us for the water bottles (20 for $20 dollars) and said it wasn't included. We had my daughter's birthday party there before COVID, and they had an attendant which helped a lot with the party. We didn't have one this time, and it is definitely overpriced just to have a birthday party. However, the kids loved playing on the bounce houses and played for hours until closing. read more

Unruly kids, not supervised by parents or by staff. Definitely not a safe environment for play. Bounce houses are very large and it's easy to lose your kids once they are inside them. Making it easier for them to be injured by other kids who are not being safe. My three-year-old is mature enough to know he does not want to go back because other kids are unsafe. read more

Booked a party for my son that included pizza and a host. The pizza was brought back late, cold and hard. There was no host whatsoever and no soap provided in the room. They are clearly understaffed and unable to provide what they are advertising. The management was difficult to reach and refused to offer any sort of resolution. read more

At least once a month My wife and I take our kids to an activity filled location. We always look forward to the long nap they would take afterward. Bounce Hopper was definitely the place to conquer this goal. I loved that the staff greets you with excitement " ARE YOU HERE TO PLAY?!" they said. So, my kids were pump up after that pep talk. Bounce Hopper is packed with bounce houses, for all ages. We have a nine, four, and 2 year old. All my kids were able to complete all the bounce house corses except the toddler one, they are a bit too big for it. With that said, GOOD NEWS!! there's a bounce house for toddlers as well. In addition, this facility is very big. I barely noticed, but there was literally 4 personal parties going on at the same time and still did not feel like the place was crowded. This is a big plus! There was lots of room to jump and play without bumping into another child. Oh... did I mention that the bounce houses can support adult weight as well!!! HECK YEAH!! So not only will I go again for my kids , i'll also indulge in this fun universe called Bounce Hopper. I recommend it to everyone! read more
