I asked Ray about tires and he told me how to buy them and who to call and was very patient, and gave me time and and gave me names and phone numbers for his tire people. I got a great deal and had them sent to stonehouse and the tires were installed on Wednesday, just in time. Ray knew they were down on treads and I'd need them by April. As soon as you drive up to this place, a customer representative would come up and ask you for the kind of service you require from them. Once you tell them what you need, they then ask you to take a seat insdie their office and take your car for the service. I specifically went for an oil change at this location. Inside, they have a vending machine for some basic drinks and you could see the work being done to your car through the glass. The place is clean and well maintained, has a few seats for customers to sit and the entire process took only a few minutes so you won't be spending a lot of time indoors waiting for your car. They topped up all the fluids, did the oil change and inflated the tire to the correct level. They also cleaned the windows which was a good touch from their part. The synthetic oil change along with the labour charges cost me around $99 which was a little expensive but the prices are comparable to other similar service centers.

Bauer was extremely rude, demeaning, and angry bc he was called out for these multiple attempts at padding my invoice. He got away with the bulk of it by refusing to allow me to pay what was agreed and wouldn't return my vehicle though i'd driven 4 hours to pick it up on Christmas Eve. YOU are much better off taking your equipment to the dealer for repairs.
