I asked Ray about tires and he told me how to buy them and who to call and was very patient, and gave me time and and gave me names and phone numbers for his tire people. I had my rear brakes serviced here, then had to return within four months for the same issue. Despite bringing my car back a second time, no one could explain why the brakes had failed so quickly. It wasn't until I took my vehicle elsewhere for a second opinion that I learned both rear calipers were completely inoperable and had likely contributed to the premature brake failure. Had the underlying issue been identified during the initial inspection, I could have avoided a second brake repair costing almost $700. Based on my experience, I don't have confidence in the quality of the repair or the diagnostic process for anything beyond routine maintenance.
