The kind lady on the phone checked with Michael if same day was possible for my vehicle and service request: it was. I came in about 1 hour and a half later and was able to get the car serviced. Michael also told me about the servicing process for my specific year and model porsche cayenne. Very friendly place with many years of experience handling porsche and other european vehicles. Customers who came to the shop were friendly and had a great relationship with the office and personel. The price is more than fair for the quality and timing of service. For a high end vehicle device shop: customers and the staff all were classy and not stuffy. I highly recomend this place. I WILL BE BACK!

Since day one, when I came in with a car that I genuinely thought might be DONE done, ABR has taken care of me. And Jordan? That's the guy! What has kept me coming back is trust. I've never felt like anyone here was trying to get over on me, sell me something I didn't need, or make a situation sound worse than it was. They've consistently helped get my vehicles back on the road, so now I bring all of my cars here from routine maintenance to those lovely little surprise error codes nobody asked for. Even the shop itself stands out. It's always clean, smells nice, and the complimentary services and little extras they provide are top tier. It definitely doesn't feel like your average maintenance-shop experience. Finding somewhere you trust with your vehicles is a BIG deal, especially when you're dealing with foreign cars, and ABR has earned that trust from me. No hesitation and no questions asked this is one I recommend. If your foreign car starts speaking to you through warning lights, this is a place I'd trust to translate.

About a year ago I was in a small crash and had a body shop on the south side of town do the repairs. They called when the car was ready and said that it wouldn't run. Frustrated, I knew there was what supposed to be a reputable VW TDI guru nearby, so I had the car towed to them for repairs. Seven plus months and myriad excuses later, they'd done nothing to get the car back on the road. It was an awful experience. Finally it dawned on me that I had previously had a great experience at Das European, so I had the car towed again to the team here for repairs. I was very frustrated at the inability to just get the car fixed. because I had spent about $8,000 having a lot of work done to keep the car going, I was worried I wouldn't be able to get her fixed up and back on the road. Christian and team came to the rescue. They fixed the issues on the car and more all in one weeks time. I couldn't be more thankful for the work these guys did, and more importantly that they understand how much I love the car and how hard they worked to help me keep it running. If you have a TDI or any older VW that you love, these are the only people in Houston thar you should trust to care for your car! Thanks again to the team for all of the great work. I sincerely appreciate it!

I was disappointed with my experience here. When customers are deciding whether to spend money on…read morerepairs, they deserve to be given all relevant information about the condition of their vehicle so they can make an informed decision. In my experience, important information was not clearly communicated to me before I made decisions about repairs. I later learned information that absolutely would have affected what I chose to do. I understand that vehicles can have multiple issues and that a repair shop can't predict everything. My concern is with transparency and communication. Not giving a customer all of the information available so they can make an informed decision about repairs feels like sketchy business to me. Unfortunately, the experience left me without confidence in the shop, and I won't be returning and if you are considering going think again.
