The part itself maxes out around $200 even at a dealership -- so I don't know what the other $500 is for. It's disheartening when you come in being completely transparent and honest about your situation, and this is what you get in return. It feels like the more straightforward you are, the more certain shops try to take advantage of you. I'm not one to leave negative reviews, but I can't in good conscience let this go without a warning to others. Do your research before you come here. Know what your parts cost. This was the most rudest encounter I've ever experienced and we hadn't even met yet. Just based on the phone call you can tell he is not really interested in hearing you and what you're trying to say about the problem with your vehicle he just wants to be sure he has an appointment bringing him money. He cut me off telling me " Look listen just go get this" and when I was trying to ask for clarification for the timing belt kit he hung up in my face. Then proceeded to lie and say it was an accident.. so why not call your customer back? Cause it was no accident especially with how I was cut off on the phone and he already seemed agitated. but I'm glad he showed his true colors cause that was $600 dollars that I gave to someone else who deserved it and did a fantastic job on my car. And I hope he don't come on here under my comment talking nonsense cause I have your number and you will get another piece of my mind, I promise you that. So don't comment at all just Do better. Businesses grow not only because of quality work but quality CUSTOMER SERVICE and he does NOT have that. I hope no one waste their money or time on this man. These 5 star reviews on here are being created by him or people he personally knows so his overall rating doesn't go down which puts him further down the list of quality mechanics on yelp and he knows that. Luckily they gave me a year warranty, but did not even try to fix it after bringing it back the first second OR third time. Each time they just ran the truck and blew the ac, or filled it with Freon. The warranty is up now and my ac still blows icy cold in the winter and hot as hell in the summer! The exact opposite of what I paid 2500$ for. Good news for me was that my oil leak was caused from a horrible oil change and filter was loose. I had Chris do an oil change and cabin air filter. He is trustworthy and honest.
