The…read moreday I took the car in it had to be towed and he didn't have any issues with that he took my car in and performed a diagnostics confirmed that it was my water pump that had to be replaced and then also made me aware that my thermostat housing was going to need to be replaced as well. He worked with me found me the part for a great deal I went to go pick it up brought it back and he had it installed very easily. Once both parts were in he verified that no more leaks were present he showed me he started the vehicle and cleared off my check engine light. I felt safe and confident that I left my car in the hands of a great honest hard working man like Cesar I'm happy that my car is up and running great again I will most definitely recommend his services to my close friends. I had to save up the 1800 and did so expecting to get quality work done to repair my truck. That is not what I got. Instead, after returning my vehicle to Bob and complaining that it still "hammered" into a given gear, just not the one that I started with. Now, it hammers in first gear and reverse, as opposed to the third gear previously. I was told by Bob that it would eventually wear into quietude and smoothness. That has definitely not been the case. I would take it to him again, but I don't want to hear the same BS about it will "settle in." I would have appreciated hearing that it just needs some "adjustment" as opposed to the crap Bob explained to me. It simply was a false statement; Bob knows better. He did a crap job, and a truly reputable person who does true quality work would have found this unacceptable. Bob simply dismissed me as a done job. It wasn't. As a consequence of my experience with Bob, and after almost a better part of a year waiting for the transmission to settle in, I realize it isn't going to "settle in." I am very dissatisfied with the work that Bob did on my vehicle. I am even angry...because Bob took my $1800 dollars and gave me a crap job in return. During that time I was given a loaner vehicle that was very old and in poor condition. I informed them three weeks in advance that the inspection sticker on the loaner car was about to expire. Despite several phone calls, no one seemed to know anything about it or take responsibility. Eventually I had to take time off work to get the loaner car inspected. Even more concerning, I continued to drive the loaner vehicle with an expired inspection sticker. After weeks of delays and poor communication, I finally decided to pick up my car and return their loaner. Overall, the lack of communication, responsibility, and customer service was extremely frustrating. Do not recommend at all.
